Webster Lake - Two Apartments 4 Bed / 3 Bath Total - Webster

Lake house conveniently located in Webster Lake. Rent both out units for a large family area with two separate apartments that will provide the closeness, and separation at the same time, that we all need. Both units together can accommodate 10 guests, with 6 guest capacity in the Main Unit A, and 4 guests in the Basement Unit B.



Main unit consists of two levels.



The first floor includes a full bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. This room would be ideal for grandparents, or people that don't like navigate stairs.



A beautiful wood staircase with metal railing, leads to the second floor where you will find 2 bedrooms:

-Master Bedroom with a King bed, and private bath with stand-up shower. The master bedroom also includes private balcony that gives you a great view of the sunset.

-2nd Bedroom with Twin Bed Bunk Beds, great room for the kids to hang out.



Basement Unit:

This unit is great for a couple and includes bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and bedroom with Queen bed. The living room also has a sofa bed with Queen bed.



The property has dedicated parking, and when renting both units, you will have up to 3 parking spots.

The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with deeded access to the lake across the street. In the Lake area, you will find a dedicated seating area overlooking the lake, a large dining area on the spacious dock, and swimming access on the dock area.
