Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Deposit refunds will be processed within 7 days of check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for stay is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds on cancellations less than 7 days. Taxes and cleaning fee are refundable if cancelled anytime prior to the stay.

*Quiet hours enforced from 10:00PM to 7:00AM

* Only guests staying in the property are allowed on the premises

* No parties, events or gatherings are allowed. This might result in early termination of reservation without any refunds.

* Unauthorized pets of any type will result in a pet cleaning fee

* Smoking, vaping, incense, candles or any other type of smoke will result in a $300 remediation fee

* Early check-ins, or late check-outs will try to be accommodated, but are NOT guaranteed. Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $100 cleaning crew rescheduling.

* Hair coloring or dying in the property is not allowed. Staining of fixtures and towels will result in an additional charge.

* No glitter, confetti, silly string or other widely dispersed items are not allowed, and will result in an additional cleaning fee.
