Come enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea from the luxury of our newly renovated Waves of Grace 1 bedroom condo at SeaWatch Resort in the Arcadian Shores section of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Waves of Grace features a fresh airy vibe with new tile flooring throughout, custom trim and cabinetry, fresh paint, smart TV's, and best of all, a BEAUTIFUL view of the gorgeous waves of the Atlantic ocean.

About the condo:

* King Size Bed in a separate room
* Full Size sleeper sofa
* Full Kitchen with a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, fully-stocked with cookware and dishes
* Max 4 guests (2 will have to sleep on the sleeper sofa - not recommended for 2 adults)
* A starter supply of basic paper and cleaning supplies will be provided.

The resort, co-managed by Wyndham Timeshare, is in a quiet tucked away section of Arcadian shores.

Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

The full list of rules and rental agreement can be reviewed prior to booking and must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking to keep your reservation. Below are just a few of the high priority rules to note:

1. We require photo ID (non-expired government-issued identification card) within 24 hours of booking for all guests over 18 and names of guests under 18 are appreciated for emergency situations.
2. We require you to sign our rental agreement acknowledging that you have read and accept all of the rules and responsibilities of renting our condo.
3. No smoking (there are designated areas on property, but no smoking is allowed in room, on balcony or in breezeway)
4. No pets or emotional support animals, please message prior to booking if you are traveling with a service animal.
5. No parties
6. Max 4 guests (this includes children/infants). Our condo is small and it is not suited for larger families.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We typically refund within 24-48 hours after check out. If you believe there were no damages and you have not seen a refund of the damage deposit, please message me (I probably got busy with work and completely forgot to process the refund!)
