Waterfront Wonder:Lake Views, Quiet, Central, Pets - Holly Springs

- No fires outside when it is windy.
- If you use the gas grill, after use/cool down please put the cover back on. At the end of your stay or if it is very windy, please re-strap it to the railing since it can tip over with high winds.
- No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, but please use the ashtray.
- Please leave the house as you found it (run the dishwasher and wash/put away all other dishes, take out the garbage etc). Garbage cans should be placed at the curb on Sunday.
- No parties please. The house is in a residential neighborhood, and while the houses are spread out we ask that you are respectful to those around you.
- 2 potty trained, well-behaved, pets only please. Please use the provided dog bags to clean up after them. We love all dogs but unfortunately due to insurance restrictions cannot accept animals with a previous bite history or vicious propensities, or Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), attack dogs and Wolf Hybrids, (or any mix thereof).
- In order to ensure enough bin space for all guests garbage and recycling must be put on the curb on Sunday. Failure to do so may result in a $25 fee to have the bins emptied for our next guests.
- More than 2 pet or 6 human guests and any other special requests must be approved by host prior to booking. The correct number of guests and pets MUST be on your reservation.
- Due to the high number of items left behind our lost item policy is as follows: Items left behind are kept for 2 weeks before being donated or thrown away. If you would like your items returned there is a $50 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping, paid prior to the item being returned. Items you would like to pick up will be subjected to the $50 handling fee. Please double check that you have all of your things at the time of check out!
