Had a wonderful time at the cottage over New Years Eve. Really cozy cottage along the Lake Erie shoreline. The indoor hot tub is an awesome feature and was wonderful during the winter chill ! Very clean and well maintained cottage that is great for a nice relaxing weekend. The nearby Point Pelee National Park is well worth a visit. Also recommend the nearby Lil Hil Diner for a wonderful breakfast.

Leamington, Ontario, situated in Canada's Carolinian life zone, is home to an impressive diversity of species, including over 500 rare ones. Visitors enjoy the renowned bird season in spring and butterfly season in fall. The area, including protected sites like Point Pelee National Park and Hillman Marsh, is rich in flora and fauna.

Some guests have noted bugs around our cottage. We use natural and certified repellents to maintain ecological balance and avoid harsh chemicals, recognizing the crucial role bugs play in our ecosystem. Our cottage is pet-friendly and kid-friendly, and we take great care to ensure the safety of our guests while minimizing potential harm from pest control measures.

Bugs are a common sight around our cottage, yard, and trees, as well as in local parks and hiking trails, possibly more so than in your area. We ask our guests to respect the natural surroundings and local ecosystem during their stay in Leamington.
