Two bedroom waterfront duplex, floating dock with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Take advantage of the kayaks and electric motorized john boat (included in rental price).

All tile flooring - Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave and Outdoor Grill. Located in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to nearby shopping and restaurants. The backyard is like a tropical paradise and a great place for relaxing!
Jump into the kayaks and paddle a very short distance to the Gulf of Mexico. If you love kayaking this is a great place to explore. We are right next to Werner-Boyce Salt Springs Park. Many mangroves and wildlife you will see and some have even seen dolphins! Also you can take our Jon Boat around the corner to the mangroves for some great fishing! Fishing tackle and poles are available. Friendly, quiet neighborhood that is great for walking or riding the bikes that are included with the house.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at Chris and Meg’s place! We absolutely love it here. There is so much to do, so much good food to eat and Chris and Meg are the absolute best people!! There are lots of state parks to go to, fishing all around and coming back to the house after a long day feels like home. There’s nothing we would change about this place…. Maybe one thing.. we’d like to stay here forever (:

We loved staying at this home and we Made our self comfortable! Megan and Christopher are very nice hosts! The only thing that made it difficult to enjoy outside amenities is because of the bugs by the water. They will chew you up within seconds! You can’t even really see them because they are so tiny but their bites are very visible lol. The only other recommendation is To have the couch replaced because it is very worn out and has holes in some areas of the couch. Other than that we would stay again for sure! I would totally recommend this home to stay 💚

This was by far one of the nicest Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.I say experience because it wasn’t just a place to stay it was a retreat.Everything inside the home was well thought out and every detail was impeccable, right down to the frosted mugs waiting for us in the freezer. 🍻 The host Chris and Megan were extremely friendly and accommodating while also giving us our personal space and privacy.We absolutely loved the backyard haven that Chris has created. Along with having access to a grill, bikes, kayaks or John boat,everything was there to create the perfect staycation right under the beautiful backyard tree.The only complaint is that it was so peaceful and relaxing that it made us hate to leave to go anywhere else.When we were finally able to pull ourselves away, there were a lot of neat little places to visit nearby. When we thought it couldn’t get any better, on our last day there our gracious hosts offered to take us a tour on their pontoon boat, out into the Gulf.

Megan’s home is a perfect tucked-away little waterfront sanctuary to relax and kick back. I don’t even know where to begin, there’s just so much to love! We traveled with our two boys and they were absolutely thrilled with the pirate themed backyard and the opportunity to hop on the Jon boat and go fishing whenever their hearts desired! Many fish dinners on the grill were enjoyed. I loved the lounge chairs and speakers stationed all around the back yard to enjoy a drink and some music in the beautiful garden oasis. Megan even provided all the good for the kids to roast s’mores over the bonfire! We felt right at home and would come back again, absolutely! Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay! Enjoyed a lot of hosts over the years but Chris and Megan welcomed you like family. The attention to detail was amazing. Seinfeld game? You knew we were coming. The pontoon ride was a highlight for all family members. They went out of their way to accommodate our son who was running late which we appreciated. We even had a manatee swim up which I was able to pet. The grounds and accommodations were so great we never wanted to leave the property. Loved that everything was operated by Alexa. Take advantage of the Jon boat and kayaks to explore the mangroves. You will not find more accommodating hosts or nicer people.

I don’t even know where to start!!!! Everything from the moment I booked this house, to when we arrived and left. Was AMAZING!!! The pictures really do no justice! The back yard is just breath taking with soooo much peacefulness! The amount of plants & flowers so well maintained was amazing!!! We took the two kayaks out a few times and even just jumped in the river off the dock! The house has everything you would need! And the host were great! Definitely plan to come back!

We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this was one of the best. Cozy inside with all the conveniences you’ll need. Very impressed with the back yard. It’s private and on a canal that opens to the Gulf. Kayaks, a runabout with electric motor, and fishing gear all there at your disposal. Fun pirate themed decor. Super relaxing to sit, read, and take in nature among Chris’ beautiful plantings. What really stands out is Megan and Chris’ hospitality. They want you to feel welcome and comfortable but are not overbearing. They took us out for a little cruise on their pontoon boat and made us a nice romantic fire in the fire pit on our last evening. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

We were two couples who booked for the kayaks and Jon boat and the access to these didn’t disappoint. We caught fish, saw dolphins, pelicans and enjoyed exploring the mangroves. The yard area was great for relaxing and hanging around the fire pit. The weather did turn cool so the fire was cozy. We didn’t want for anything in the kitchen which was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay at Megan and Chris’s oasis.

Megan’s place is definitely 5-star. Here’s why: 1. She responds quickly to any questions or requests, 2. Spotlessly clean. 3. Gorgeous backyard with waterfront dock/deck., 4. Super well stocked with all kinds of touches most AirBnBs don’t have, like coffee creamer in fridge, s’mores ingredients, and much more. 5. Simple to get in and out with parking right at the door. 6. No stairs or steps. 7. Very comfortable beds! 8. Super host! We could not have picked a better place to stay! Thanks, Megan!
