Perched atop a bluff overlooking Bearfoot Falls 110-foot private waterfall. Step inside and be captivated by the breathtaking views and soothing sounds of the waterfall surrounded by enchanting tranquility of nature. Cozy up by a fire or overlook bar in the treetops savoring the unmatched view of the waterfall. Between Jasper & Ellijay, our 2 plush King Bedroom 2.5 Bath home in the Blue Ridge Mountains is just minutes to Amicalola Falls, Wineries, Hiking, and Kayaking-one hour north of Atlanta.



From the moment you enter, the focus is the waterfall. This hideaway was designed to take in the view of the falls with privacy, peace and quiet comfort along with a soothing soundscape. The design is a unique blend of angles and windows giving you a spectacular view from every room inside and outside the home. Come explore nature with trails for hiking to an overlook bar, stream below the falls, and to the base of the waterfall or enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waterfall as you cozy up by the wood burning stone fireplace to read a book, play a game, or relax by the gas firepit on the deck. Beautiful enchanting property where heaven and earth come together to become a very relaxing cozy getaway. You may site bald eagle, quail, wild turkey, owls, black bear or deer during your stay.



Solid heart pine floors on the main floors, open living & dining room with floor to ceiling glass wall of windows, cathedral ceilings and exposed beams, stone wood burning fireplace, granite & stainless kitchen, powder room with slate floors, and laundry room complete the main level along with deck with Adirondack loungers, gas fire-pit table, gas grill, & hammock swing all overlooking the waterfall. The fully equipped modern stainless & granite kitchen includes a wine & beer frig with everything needed to prepare full meals.



The loft king bedroom provides views of the waterfall thru 2 story wall of glass and the surrounding forest. The relaxing sound of the waterfall will lull you to sleep, ensuring a restful night in a cozy plush king bed. There is an en-suite bath with oversize soaking tub/shower, travertine floors and double vanity.



Lower level living room is furnished with sofa chaise (converts to bed) with gas remote fireplace/heater, small deck with view of falls, and full bath with tub/shower.



The plush king bedroom on the lower level opens to a covered porch with hammock, bar stools, dart board and waterfall view.



Perfect for a romantic couple or 4 adults get-away to unwind, unplug, and reconnect with nature and each other for an unforgettable experience hiking, relaxing and rejuvenating. For total relaxation and rejuvenation, book an in home massage followed by a romantic dinner under the stars with the sound of the waterfall prepared by a private in home chef!



This house is not ideal for children under 12 due to the dramatic terrain overlooking the waterfall. This ensures a peaceful and uninterrupted escape. Minimum age to book is 25.

Guests have access to the entire home except the linen lockup, owners closet and locked cabinet in kitchen.

️ Startup supplies are provided, including coffee, sugar, creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent , shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap.

Our waterfall flows year-round, but is particularly strong in spring or after heavy rain. Hiking to the stream below the waterfall is at your own risk. The rocks can be very slippery and can cause serious injury or death. Please exercise caution.

Paved roads lead all the way to the gate of the property, although some are steep (including driveway). Use the lowest gear when approaching. Driveway is paved at steep sections. 4WD usually only necessary if ice, snow, or the occasional heavy wet leaves in the fall.

A bundle of firewood is provided for the fireplace from October 1 to April 1.

Wildlife including bears are common. For your safety, don’t feed or approach them and keep your car doors locked.

Bring insect repellent for outdoor activities. You may encounter ticks, poison ivy, spiders, or other insects & creatures. Check clothing & shoes before entering home after being in the woods

Winter weather can be unpredictable; AWD or 4WD with chains is recommended in snowy conditions.

No refunds for weather/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend you purchase trip insurance at time of booking.

️We have a ring camera at our front door that records audio & video for security. No other cameras are on the property .
