I bought this house in Corolla in 2019, completely gutted and renovated it, and now share this magical place with others by renting it out in the summers. Policies and Rules

Check In: 6PM - Flexible

Before check-in, you will be given a code for the front door. The code will activate at 6pm on check-in day and de-activate at noon on check-out day.

Check Out: 12PM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Primary renter/lease-signer must be at least 25 years old and must remain on property for the entire rental period.

Maximum occupancy: 11

House Rules

1) AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must reside at the property for the full duration of the rental period.

2) EXTRA GUESTS AND VISITORS: This house has a maximum sleeping capacity of 11. Extra overnight visitors are not allowed. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any daytime visitor also complies with our House Rules.

3) SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.

COMPLIANCE: Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Deposit of $500.00 will be refunded within 14 days of check out if post check out inspection is favorable.

Cancellation Policy

• At least 60 days prior to check-in date, full refund
• Less than 60 days prior to check-in date, no refund unless owner is able to re-book to another guest. In that case, the amount the new guest pays will be credited to you as a refund, up to 100% of amount you paid.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND NOISE LEVELS: Corolla is a quiet, family-friendly town. It is not a party town. The majority of our neighbors are vacationers like you. Please minimize noise between 10pm and 8am to ensure everyone enjoys their vacation.

LIABILITY: The renter’s personal property is not covered in the insurance purchased by the owner against loss, theft, or negligence. The renters indemnify the owner and the property free and harmless against any liabilities such as accidents, loss of property, injury, or death of any person.
