(Parking) -This rental has 1 double-lane driveway with parking for a total of 4 average-sized sedans/truck. - The garage is also available and can accommodate 1-2 vehicles depending on size. - NO overnight parking on the road/street per our HOA Rules. - NO parking on the grass, if evidence is found a $50 fine will be charged to the booking guest. - No driving on the grass, if evidence is found a $50 fine will be charged to the booking guest. - Keep all vehicles in the driveway This is to protect our septic tank and drain lines that are in the front yard as well as sprinkler heads. These rules are in line with our HOA rules. Any fines by the HOA will result in a fine to the guest. Please be courteous to the neighbors. (Trash Schedule) Please help us maintain our community and take the trash to the road during your stay. Thanks so much! -Trash (Silver/gray): Wednesday -The Silver bin is the primary bin. If you have extra trash then please place extra trash in the brown bin and take it out with the silver one. -HOA rules state that the trash bin must be out of view except on trash day. They can and will fine homeowners who do not abide by this. So PLEASE keep trash bins stored in the garage. -To keep the bins clean and keep the smell down please ensure that all trash is bagged and Ɵed or sealed. -Please no loose trash in the bins. (House Rules) - Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-8:00am - The booking guest must be 21 or older - No unapproved guests or visitors. Friends and family may visit for periods less than a day with the host's approval. -Do not exceed the max guest limit. In the event the maximum number of guests is exceeded at the STR, you'll be charged an additional $50/day, per guest - No Parties. If the police are called due to noise violations, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and you'll be asked to leave the premises - No smoking inside. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $300 fine charged to the booking guest. Please clean up and dispose of any cigarette waste. - No illegal drugs. If evidence of illegal drugs is found, there will be a $300 fine charged to the booking guest - No flushing feminine products, 'flushable' toilet paper/wipes or any other items that isn't regular toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the bathroom trash can - Do not attempt to open the 'owner's closet' or the 'linen closet' - Please clean up excessive messes with cleaning items provided - Clean off the BBQ grille and return the utensils back to the kitchen after each use - Please take the trash out and place the garbage bin on the road when full during your stay. Trash day is Wednesday (Pet Rules) - All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Heartworm prevention measures are highly recommended - No pets on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of such may incur an extra cleaning fee - Damage caused by pets will be billed to the owner + an inconvenience fee of $75 - Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet refuse in the backyard and messes they cause -BAG AND SEAL all pet waste before placing in trash bin! - Guests should prevent dogs from making excessive noise, especially at night - Pets will not be left unattended for an extended period of time, either indoor or outdoor. - Please ensure the gate is closed before leƫting your pet outside. It is uncommon, but FPL has been known to leave the gate open/ajar when checking the power/panel meter. - The homeowner assumes no liability for injury or illness that a pet may incur during it's stayNo smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 5:00 PM
