CHECK IN: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00am. A $50/ hour fee will be charged for each hour (or portion thereof) past the required check out time. Unless a late check out is approved.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Any violation will result in forfeit of all sums paid and the property will have to be vacated immediately.

SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. If you smoke outside please properly dispose of the butts.

WHAT WE SUPPLY: The property is equipped and set up as a furnished property. That includes but not limited to bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is no food or condiments. However, seasonings and some non perishables we try to keep on hand.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Plan on packing your personal toiletry items. Since we provide only a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other dispensable items to get you started, you should plan on making a trip to the grocery store to replenish these items as you need them.

PORCHES, DECK: Tenant and Tenants Guest ARE TO REMAIN WITHIN THE CONFINES OF SAFETY RAILINGS AT ALL TIMES. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED OR WITHOUT STRICT ADULT SUPERVISION.
CCUPANCY & DISTURBANCES: Tenants and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all sums paid for any of the following including, but not limited to,: A.) Occupancy exceeding the people listed on the reservation. B.) Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age. C.) Causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties. D.) IT SHALL BE NO SUB-LEASING of this property or its furnishings. E.) Any acts which interferes with neighbor's right to quiet enjoyment of their property.

DO NOT leave any food, food containers, anything that smells of food or garbage outside or in your vehicle. Any items of this nature must be kept inside or placed in the wildlife resistant container at the end of the driveway.

DO NOT FEED ANY WILDLIFE - It is not safe to feed any of the wildlife and you make it unsafe for other people that may come in contact with the animals. Bears have a great sense of smell and can find food that you may be leaving for other animals like birds or any other food.
