Smoking is allowed outside only. If your group size changes or your going to bring a pet / guests , you must notify us and pay the appropriate fees in advance. Over one pet / day guests are subject to approval as well an additional fee per pet. Hot tub is an optional feature and has a service fee $149 . You must notify us in advance if your wanting the hot tub upgrade so the water temperature can be raised and water chemically balanced / service booked. No smokingCheck-in is anytime after 5:00 PM
