Come enjoy this warm, relaxing mountain retreat condo nestled in Breckenridge, CO! Located only 1.5 hrs. from Denver (approximately 80 miles), this property is a great location. Walk to the slopes, ski in at the end of the day & walk to town! Never use a car during your stay.
Upon arrival you’ll feel the lure from the portico & stone exterior of Double Eagle condos, located on Four O’Clock Rd., right along the Four O’Clock Ski Run. The complex is a short walk to Snowflake Chairlift & Main St.
This inviting 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, approximately 1,000 square foot, ground level condominium is beautifully decorated with mountain and contemporary features including wood ceiling beams, wood walls and professional decor.
There is comfortable seating (NEW sofa 2020) in the living room to allow you to just relax or enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen SMART TV above a gas fireplace (no wood burning fireplaces in Summit County!).
The well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances (including a brand new stainless steel refrigerator and stove!) and utensils (NEW 2020 pots and pans) to prepare your home cooked meals made in the comfort of your own unit. There is a dining table for six and breakfast bar for four. In the summer you can enjoy dining on the large private deck with picnic table, Adirondack chairs and cafe table. The outdoor gas BBQ grill is available year round!
The master bedroom has an elegant queen bed (mattress NEW 2020), the second bedroom also has a queen bed (mattress NEW 2020) with modern bedding and the third bedroom has two sets of custom made log bunk beds (4 twin beds!). All three bedrooms are well lit and have ceiling fans and new black out curtains for sleeping late! Both bathrooms feature granite countertops and stone tile. The master bath has large shower and the second bathroom has a private tub and toilet area which makes it easy for sharing.
Additional features include wireless high speed internet, cable TV, private ski locker, on-site outdoor hot tub, basketball hoop, on-site coin operated laundry facility, on-site parking and access to the New Upper Village Pool Complex (2 blocks away) which provides an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing pool deck with chaise lounge chairs.
This unit is owner managed and very family friendly (we have toys and games in the unit!). We do not use a management company and can therefore offer flexibly and a friendly home-like accommodation.
Absolutely no smoking in the condo. No pets allowed.

Our condo is on the free Breckenridge bus route and has Summit County connections to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain. Also, we are 40 minutes to Vail, 30 minutes to Loveland, 1 hour to Winter Park, and 2 hours to Steamboat.
