10 minute walk to beach
Our villa features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a W/D in the unit. We are conveniently located in Hilton Head Resort on the first floor of bldg. 4 overlooking the tennis courts. The villa is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and just steps away from the elevator and pools.

The villa sleeps 6(max). The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over full and a separate twin bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Two full bathrooms stocked with blow dryers and plenty of towels. The washing machine and dryer are located in the main bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, teapot, pots & pans, dishes & utensils.

The living room has a 50in flat screen smart TV so you can enjoy your Netflix or Hulu. We also offer free wifi and cable TV.

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community that offers many free amenities including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, steam room & sauna, fitness room, indoor running track, 6 tennis courts, badminton court, volley ball, BBQ & picnic area and an onsite store & deli (open seasonally), along with Coco s Oceanfront Bar & Grill (open seasonally).

Just a short distance to the secluded beach, approx. an 8-10min walk, on the resorts private boardwalk which offers beautiful views of the salt water marsh. The villa includes a new beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for your convenience. A seasonal shuttle to the beach is also available.

For your entertainment , the condo has an assortment card games, board games, books and tennis rackets.

Also includes towels, linens, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

Beach towels are NOT provided.

Pets are NOT allowed at the resort.

Everything was as the pictures and description. Great place to stay, the resort amenities are fantastic and its a short walk across the boardwalk to a secluded beach with a restaurant called Coco's which was amazing as well. Would recommend!

all in all our stay was amazing. hilton head island is gorgeous. I will list pros and cons of the condo Pros: nice resort with great pools, good security, beautiful boardwalk to beach, unit was great with all needs for cooking and was a great location, kitchen was upgraded, resort was not crowded and the option of multiple pools and beach shuttle was fantastic, on site bike rentals, restaurant, bar, had nice beach chairs. toys and cart! Cons: not the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in, not dirty but not professional clean. master king bed was very uncomfortable(foam mattress that sucks you in with zero support) no clocks in master bedroom

Very nice little condo. we only stayed one night but enjoyed the nice warm indoor pool and hot tub (opens at 5:30am). the outdoor pool was ice cold (in March). Our biggest issue was not with the unit specifically, but the elevator is horrendously slow and is shared between a ton of units. we waited about 5 min just to get on it several times. As a mom with young kids, we also enjoyed the boardwalk to the beach as it was stroller friendly.

Fun few days on Hilton Head Island. My family of 5 really enjoyed ourselves. We had rain one day so we were thankful for the indoor pool. Lots of beach gear and tennis equipment to enjoy with the property. A bit of a walk to the beach, but it was a lovely boardwalk and there was a shuttle for my wife who was nursing a back injury. Great communication with Carol who got back to us right away.

The condo is beautiful and very spacious. Location is great in reference to shops and restaurants. The only negative is the boardwalk to the beach is really long. However, if you don’t mind the walk, the view is awesome and more cost effective than other resorts on the beach.

Your only regret will be when you need to leave. Such a cute little home away from home. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. There was even a highchair for the little one. This condo faces the tennis court and the indoor pool is very close so the kids loved it! Having our own washer and dryer made it easy to stay on top of cleaning bathing suits. Thank you for a great weekend Carol!
