The Belvedere Villette are located in the upper part of the Resort, immersed in the thick natural vegetation characterized by olive trees and maritime pines, a few steps from the heart of the village with its services, sports facilities, amphitheater and swimming pools. They are built in terraced blocks, each with an external veranda and combine attention to detail and exclusive outdoor environments.
The Belvedere Villette are presented in the studio type with 2/3 places (about 35 sqm veranda included) and two-room apartment with 4 places (about 50 sqm veranda included) all composed of equipped kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, telephone, TV and Sky, bed linen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning, utilities, washing machine.

Stays start from Saturday to Saturday, and midweek stays are possible but on request. The city tax is not included. In Pugnochiuso it is forbidden to drive by car. For this reason, once the luggage has been unloaded, two large internal (unattended) car parks are available, reached by the shuttle service.

Pugnochiuso Card (to be paid locally) is nominative, personal and non-transferable to third parties, mandatory for every guest from 3 years old, it allows you to take advantage of the many services designed to make the most of your experience in our Resort, such as: all sports and recreational equipment (in collective and organized form with the exception of the clay tennis courts), the shuttle, the entertainment service, the miniclub, Wi-Fi access.

Tourist tax to be paid on site: from January to May and from October to December € 1.00 per day per person, from June to September € 3.00 per person Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2023 to the 15th of September 2023 A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally.
