This near Orlando/Davenport Villa is double airconditioned and beautifully located on the magnificent Watersong Resort. SW facing heated pool with a luxurious spa bath, sun all day long on the pool deck.
With 2 separate lounge areas, and a third set up as a cinema room with beamer and a fully equipped gamesroom .
A modern kitchen with breakfast area downstairs and a separate Dining Area, 1 en-suite master bedroom downstairs and 4 beds and 3 baths upstairs.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

State your destination at the guard house, you will get access if you are on the entry list. The Villa has a Keyless entry, a 4 digit code will be provided for that rented period.

Check Out: 10AM

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 10

Refundable Damage Deposit

A separate bill will be sent through email offering a transfer through Bank PayPal or Online banking.
Within 7 days after Property Managers OK, deposit will be refunded to the same means of payment.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation within 12 weeks of rental start the down payment will not be refunded, cancellation within 8 weeks 50% of total rental sum will be refunded.
Cancellations 6 weeks prior to arrival will not give any refund depending on the reason.
In case of re-renting the Villa for a part of the rental period of this agreement, this period will be refunded to renter.
So if the whole period is again rented out to another party the total renting sum is refunded. with exclusion of the down payment.

Pool and/or Spa heating available at additional costs of $30 to $15 a day.
