It is all about location!!! This luxury villa is situated in an elegant and exclusive residential oceanside resort community between Sosúa and Cabarete on the north shore of the Dominican Republic.

Sea Horse Ranch is regarded as the finest gated residential community on the north coast of the Dominican Republic with amazing luxury villas. The resort features an Equestrian facility, fully-staffed International Tennis Center, and an intimate, gourmet restaurant set amongst several terraced swimming pools and seaside lounging terraces.

The luxury villa was designed by an award-winning American architect and was built to very high standards in 2009.

Enter this spectacular luxury villa through mature tropical gardens. A wooden bridge spans a 10,000-gallon fish-pond teeming with koi and exotic tropical and Siamese painted turtles. Through a double door of Brazilian mahogany is a large foyer which in turn opens onto a long reflecting pool of dark river stone. To the right is the breathtaking Great Room with ceilings soaring to nearly 6 meters (19 ft.)
