With an upgraded Hot Tub (in May 2020) you can enjoy your stay even more. Use the remote control to heat just the spa or the entire pool. Turn the jets on or off, turn the heater into spa or pool mode, and start the circulation pump – everything on a single, easy-to-use Wi-Fi control.

With almost 2,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spa, and a heated pool, the house offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The fully equipped kitchen is inviting for those who like to cook or just to enjoy breakfast together sitting at the large kitchen counter. With the huge sliding door, the living room and dining area feel like a part of the terrace. You can open the sliding doors all the way to cherish Floridas outdoor living.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.

Please note that the garage is being used by the owner and you wont have access to it.
