Nestled in the tranquil Avlaki, northeast of Corfu, Villa Sania is a haven just a 6-minute stroll from the beach, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and Albanian mountains. Surrounded by olive, lemon, and orange trees, this newly built villa seamlessly blends stone and wood, ensuring coolness in summer and warmth in winter.

Inside, the villa boasts a bright, open-plan living and dining area with a Corfiot curved stone wall, stone floors, and a solid wood ceiling. The kitchen, equipped with modern amenities, opens to the sea-view swimming pool, gardens, and barbecue area. Two king-size twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and expansive balconies provide 180-degree views of the sea and olive trees.

A handcrafted, curved solid wood stair leads to the first floor, featuring a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, dressing room, and access to a panoramic sea view balcony. The villa exceeded all our expectations. It is perfect for a group stay with spacious bedrooms, all with ensuites, lovely kitchen & living area. It is so well equipped and spotlessly clean. The outside areas are beautifully designed with well kept garden, infinity pool, 2 lovely eating areas and a barbecue. Bed linen and towels were changed twice during the stay which was lovely to have included in a villa stay. 5 mins walk to the nearest beach, where you can hire boats, and there’s two restaurants that do great iced coffee in the morning! Mimoza was so helpful and flexible throughout. Would love to come back! We’ve had the best time!

We had the best holiday, the villa is beautiful and really thoughtfully built by the owner, Jimmy. Both Jimmy and Mimoza are wonderful, discrete hosts. We arrived late and there was some lovely fruit/bread/wine/water left for us which was much appreciated! Location is great, 5 minute drive to a small supermarket, 10 minute walk to Avlaki beach and a couple of tavernas. My number one piece of advice would be to hire a boat, we did nearly every day. It opens up the possibility of exploring the coastline, stopping for a swim and a snorkel, pulling into one of many jetty’s for fabulous lunches. We’d love to come back, it’s perfect.

Fabulous Stay in Avlaki Bay!

Jimmy was an awesome host who has built an incredibly beautiful stone home overlooking Avlaki Bay. We enjoyed walking down every day to Avlaki’s two Tavernas which were lovely, and visited nearby Kassiopi, Agni Bay and the famous Durrell White House restaurant (magical!) And so many other great spots. Another highlight was renting a boat right down the road andanchoring in nearby coves to swim and snorkel and then motoring into Agni Stefano for a fabulous lunch on the water. We had a great time. Thank you Jimmy and Mimoza for sharing your lovely home with us! All the best to you and your family!

The house was beautiful. The view is much better that the photos show, especially from the upstairs balcony. The location was perfect very quiet but easy enough to drive to other beaches etc. The two tavernas within walking distance were both wonderful and some of our favorite restaurants that we ate at on the whole island. The only minor comment regarding the house is that there are no darkening shades in three of the four bedrooms so the rooms were quite bright before bed and in the early morning since we were traveling in the summertime. Wonderful villa in a beautiful location

Just arrived back in the UK after 2 weeks with the family in the fabulous Villa Sania. The Villa is exactly as described and pictured, the views were better! My husband and I took our grown up family of eight, significant others and grandson (ages 62, 52, 31, 29, 26, 20, 19 and 8). The villa was spacious enough inside and out for everyone to feel like they had their own space and do their own thing, with communal areas where we could gather for family meals, games, a movie. Every bedroom had a balcony with a view and an en-suite. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. The pool was in use everyday. We did hire cars which gave us the freedom to explore the area, different beaches and tavernas. Highly recommend the drive up Mount Pantokrator to the monastery to watch the sunset (if you're brave enough)!! Mimoza, Shkelqim and their team in Corfu looked after us when we needed them and left us to enjoy our holiday when we didn't. Can't say enough good things. Thank you for allowing us a MUCH needed break in your beautiful Villa.

Paradise in Avlaki Corfu

Villa Sania was just perfect for our group that we call The Greek 8. The villa is beautifully furnished inside and out. The most comfortable beds and sunbeds and all bedrooms had balconies and brilliant enquires. Cannot speak highly enough of villa and the excellent Louisa who cleaned etc so well. Would love to return every year to go snorkeling every day in Avlaki Bay!

The most beautiful villa with the most amazing views The villa has everything you could possibly want it really had everything for our family A sort 5 min walk to the beach where you can rent paddle boards and small boats for the day also a brilliant restaurant that offers breakfast lunch and dinner A 25min walk into Kassiopi or a short taxi ride With shops restaurants bars and supermarkets A really great place to stay will definitely be back

Beautiful Villa, stunning inside and out. Spotlessly clean and Mimoza provided a welcome basket and some cold drinks in the fridge for our arrival. We found the villa using Mimozas instructions and GPS coordinates (which the transfer company needed 39º 46'33"N 19º 56'00”E), It is along a gravel track. A short steep hill and a very steep drive to access the villa. Lots or room in the Villa, a thoroughly equipped Kitchen and BBQ, spacious gardens and a basketball hoop. Takes 30 min to walk to Kassiopi town with the nearest shop 15 min walk and another one 2-3 mins further on. There are 2 Restaurants on Avlaki beach (10 min walk). Would recommend a car if you plan on going any further. 20€ for a taxi to Kalamaki beach which is sand, very shallow and warm with several beach side restaurants. We couldn’t fault this Villa in any way!
