Beautiful almost new gulf access pool home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals with electric pool heater. Around the corner from the River - does not get much closer.

Spacious, contemporary 2,231 sqft of living area home features 3 bedrooms, plus a large den, 2 full bathrooms with double vanity sinks, very large walk in shower, beautiful tile throughout, an extra deep 3 car garage with paver driveway/walkways, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, all-wood cabinetry with soft close doors & drawers and a wide-open great room floor plan. High ceilings throughout and very high interior doors, crown molding in living room, kitchen and tray ceilings, large mudroom/laundry room, walk-in closets, and very large under truss lanai with paver pool deck. From location to the finishes, this home has been built to impress.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.
