It is good to be able to appreciate the local life of a beautiful and tourist city such as teaching in a school, communicating and getting to know the culture of local people. I appreciate that they were able to see that and live it.
Its privileged location also offers you quick access to the centre, malecon, beach and activities. Thank you for your stay and appreciate it.

Response:Me da gusto que pasaron una buena estancia de año nuevo y que apreciaron mi casa por su comodidad, tranquilidad y diseño. Estamos ubicado en una zona céntrico pero no turística pero accesible fácilmente por transporte publico (2 lineas), sitio de taxi e Uber. El malecón esta a 10 min., la playa Camarones a 8 min, la zona romántica a 15 min, la Marina a 20 min. Si buscan tranquilidad y jardines, mi casa es tu lugar. Hasta pronto de recibirlos de nuevo.

Great well-equipped house with lovely private terrace offering sunny and shady areas. Close to bus stop, or Uber is cheap to get around. Excellent communication from host. Eric responded quickly and was very helpful.

This unit is very much like the pictures show, the unit is older and had a few plumbing concerns and attention had to be taken care of for the seasonal bug concerns. Services For bus or taxies was good. Next door to this unit is the children's kindergarten, a teaching for the young ones where tears and laughing is shared with neighbors. I found it interesting as they taught Spanish for counting, singing and games. Neighborhood also has some age to it with sidewalks, small stores for food supplies, laundry, and road side food stand within walking distance minutes away. Neighbors are friendly. Malacon on the beach area is a 10 minute taxi ride, (Uber cheaper) here there is more stores restaurants and adventures for the tourist. Knowing some Spanish helps. T.Vs mostly in Spanish. We enjoyed our month here, and PVR was fun exploring, tours and meeting new friends. This unit is good, but next time I'll stay closer to the tourist area. Thanks Eric for sharing your place with us.

We absolutely loved our stay. There were 4 of us and the house was big enough that we all could be alone if we wanted. On the flip side, the communal space was perfect for gathering. Comfortable and ample furniture. Air condition unit in the main living space and one of the bedrooms. July is pretty hot and the place managed to stay very cool. There was also a fan available. If you don't mind walking, it really only take 15/20 minutes to get to an area with ample restaurants. Probably a 30 minute walk if you want to go to the boardwalk. But there are always Ubers/taxis available. Street food is close and open late. Little markets and a gas station close by. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so quiet which is surprising since the houses surrounding are so close/sort of stacked on the hill. I'm running out of room and could say so much more but overall Eric was prompt, kind, helpful, and we loved the house! Definitely stay here. Also GREAT PRICE. Thanks Eric we will be back

We spent a month at Eric's place and really enjoyed it. The place is very spacious and had everything we needed. It was particularly nice to have a washing machine. There are screens on the windows that allow you to have the windows open. We never needed to use the air conditioning. In the living room is a bluetooth sound system, which you can use with the TV or your own music. There are two enclosed patios with tables and chairs, allowing you to spend time outdoors if you like. The neighborhood is populated with mostly local people, allowing ample opportunity to practice your Spanish and absorb local culture. Eric communicated very well and was flexible on both our arrival and check out times. His helpful assistant Tere met us there to open the door, show us where everything was, and answer our questions. There are many local markets nearby, easily walkable. You can conveniently catch a city bus just across the street and be on the Malecon in minutes.

Eric fue muy amable, respondía rápido los mensajes y atendió nuestras dudas, el alojamiento por dentro es muy bonito y cómodo, en general todo está bien, solo los alrededores de la zona no son muy limpios y la ubicación es un poco lejos de la zona turística.

The house is very nice. It was comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the sound system. The beds and couches were comfortable. It was a relatively quiet area with many shops and fruit markets nearby.
