Villa Mooi is a brand new contemporary 3-bedroom villa.

Located in the private and secluded Mandara Residences in Red Pond Estates, St. Maarten. The villa, built in 2016, is a modern villa offering 180° views of the Atlantic Ocean and island of St. Barths in the distance.

The villa features a spacious, fully air-conditioned and open plan living area to include state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area. Floor to ceiling sliding doors provide unobstructed views of the ocean and seamless indoor to outdoor living, from the living area to the panoramic pool terrace and beautiful chlorine-free infinity pool.

From every room of the house you are facing nothing but the ocean…You will see spectacular sunrises from this villa.

The house itself is entirely furnished in designer furnishings, fabricated with carefully chosen materials of the best quality.

The villa is surrounded by a transparent glass barrier so nothing will interfere with the extraordinary views.
