Villa Marcelina is located in the beautiful Rose Garden Area, Cape Corals historical neighborhood. The completely equipped villa is based on an approx. 10,000 sq ft large property with 1,540 sq ft living area and offers enough space for 6 people. It was completely renovated in June 2023 and shines now with its modern furniture. There is a screened in pool area which provides a covered patio. In spite of the north exposure, the pool which can be heated electrically is almost the entire day sunny. A generous living space with an integrated dining space invites to cozy evenings with family and friends. Wifi is available inside and outdoors.

Getting around

The villa is located in Rose Garden sourrounded by a quiet neighborhood. Only a few minutes drive you'll find supermarkets (Walmart, Publix, CVS) and restaurants.

Near the villa is the "Rotary" park which is perferct for long walks.

You can visit the beach in Cape Coral within 10 minutes by car. Either relaxing hours at the beach or multiple sport offers, there's something for everyone.

Ft Meyers is a 15 minutes car ride away. There are many more restaurants, shopping malls, beaches and attractions for your enjoyment.

House Rules

The renter need to meet a minimum age of 25.
If the renter loses garage door opener or entrance key, we charge the cost of a new garage door opener / door entry key, plus admin. fee of $75.

Payment Policy

The rental amount for the booked rental property is like before the beginning of the rental period follows to pay:
20% of the total amount of the rental property must be paid within 7 days of booking. The balance is to be transferred to Villa Marcelina LLC no later than 30 days before the rental date

Cancellation Policy

Up to 20 days before arrival 50% of the total price
19 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the total price
1 day before arrival and on arrival the full amount will be charged

Notes

The rental price includes the costs for water, sewage, waste disposal, pool service, garden service and internet.
Used electricity will be billed upon demand with US$0.20/kWh
The deposit is US$500
The final cleaning fee of US$230
The rental price includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax.
