It is located in a very quiet residential area and stores, restaurants and points of interest are easily reachable.

Our villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a solar heated private pool with lots of privacy and a large sundeck. This house is also suitable for families with small children, we can provide a baby bed and a baby seat on request.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house.A high quality and lovingly furnished villa awaits you. The garden is facing south and you will be able to find a pool and spa with electric and solar heater, allowing for a pleasant pool experience even in the colder months. Our villa is located in the southeast of Cape Coral in a very quiet and green area. Because of the splendid location, the distances to interesting places in Cape Coral or on the mainland are very short and all sights worth seeing can be reached quickly.

The best restaurants and stores of Cape Coral and Tarpoon Point are within easy reach. The centre of Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway with various other shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are only 7 minutes away by car.

Our villa is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. The pool/spa area has been newly designed and offers absolute privacy. From the elegant, light-flooded living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool. The sliding glass doors can both be opened completely, creating a great indoor-outdoor feeling. The pool can be accessed from the living room, main bedroom and the second bedroom.

Besides the large master bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in wardrobe, there are queen size beds in the other bedrooms, with one of the other rooms having a walk-in wardrobe and TV too. In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with a spacious shower and double vanity. Our second bathroom has a bath with shower. A baby bed, a baby seat and a guest rollaway bed can be provided aswell.

In addition, we offer a double garage. From the garage you can, as usual in Cape Coral, go directly into the main house. Here you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house.

I loved the home. It was well kept and all the amenities that were advertised. Close to everything we wanted to do. Neighborhood was very clean and quiet. I look forward to staying here again for sure.

This home is centrally located with restaurants and grocery stores. This home is close to all the PG baseball ballparks as well. The host is very responsive and the hospitality is five stars. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, plenty of bath towels, pool towels, and guests supplies. This home is clean and well maintained! Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You will not be disappointed in booking this home! We can’t wait to stay again!!!

Exactly what we needed for our trip to Cape Coral. The house was spotless, filled with amenities, and our stay was so quiet and relaxing. Andrews was superb, incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend a stay here!

Villa Haze was a beautiful, clean home. We loved how the living room spilled out into the screened pool area. The neighborhood was okay but we felt safe. We were not expecting the rental manager to stop by the morning after we arrived. Although his arrival was perfect timing due to us not understanding the pool heating system, we have never had a property manager check us in in-person. If this process was listed in the check-in procedures, I completely missed it. He also came by the check us out on the day of our departure. We discovered that this was due to the fact that we had to sign a document saying we would pay for any amount of kilowatts over a specified amount (also not seen in our contract although I’ve heard this is not uncommon). The only other issue was that you could not run the heater to the pool and hot tub at the same time. The instructions to heat them were also very difficult to understand. We were not at the house much during the day so it didn’t impact us.

In our experience, most guests have been very happy to have a personal check-in with our property manager and to be able to clarify any open questions at the same time. But we will double-check the information in our listing. The cost of electricity is included in the rental price as described in the listing, as long as it is within normal limits, as in your case. For this reason, however, it is also necessary for the actual electricity consumption to be documented and confirmed by the guests at check-out in order to be able to make an additional charge in the event of very high electricity consumption. It was a pity that it was exceptionally cold for SW Florida during your stay with us. Unfortunately, it is always a big challenge to get a pool of our size to a high temperature at such temperatures.

Andreas - your home was exquisite and we are already looking to book a week in early 2024. The pool and master bedroom/bath were incredible. Everything to make a week of fun and sun on the Beach came with house! I am an executive chef and cooked every night for dinner. Every tool, pot, dish and more were available for my use! Hoping the same service on the great room tv will be provided in the master bedroom! Thank you! Mary

Me and my fiancé stayed here for a week and we had a great, calm, relaxing time. The pool was beautiful my fiancé favorite part of the trip was going to Orlando and going shopping that was fun but my favorite part was using the master bedroom spa tub that was heavenly especially for a mom to be like myself I also went to a massage parlor close by overall this was an amazing experience the staff was amazing they checked on us the first day and made us feel very welcomed. 10 out of 10 thank you so much we will come back every year. I actually want to move here. I feel sad when I leave I wish this was my real home but I did miss my actually home lol I got a little homesick we are from Massachusetts so the beautiful Florida weather was amazing and just hit the spot. Thank you again. We will book again and again. Place was clean bed was comfy. Coffee machine was nice. And the purified water was also a nice touch too with ice since the weather was so hot but sometimes it rained.

A beautiful house and space, very quiet and private. Andreas was very helpful answering questions about the hot tub and accommodating returning a lost item. There is a very brief check in and out process with the Prop Mgmt team. Our time was wonderful. Would love to book again.

Absolutely beautiful home with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Everything lived up to the pictures and listing description. The kitchen was modern and spacious, the bed rooms and bathrooms were the perfect size. Andreas and the property management contacts were all exceptionally responsive and helpful. Maximum 7 people allowed in the house/on the property at the same time (including children + babies). 6 guests can sleep in the bedrooms, there is an additional folding guest bed available if needed. Guests must be specified at the time of booking. During their stay, guests are responsible for putting out the trash cans the night before they are emptied. All our renters must sign a rental agreement issued by the host. Identification card must be provided upon request. No open doors or windows when air conditioning is on. AirBnB cancellation policy applies. No other refunds available. Travel insurance is recommended. There is a $50 charge for grill cleaning unless the grill has been cleaned by the renter. House rules and terms and conditions must be accepted with booking as self-check-in is offered. Electricity: Our rental prices already include a usual electricity consumption. According to our experience, this is about 55 kWh per day. Any electricity consumption significantly above this will be charged at $0.18 per kWh. The consumption is calculated based on the values of the electricity meter of the house. Readings are recorded at check-in and check-out respectively. Any electricity charges must be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the security deposit. Attention: If the air conditioner is set to a low temperature, runs with the doors and windows open, or the pool heater is used a lot, this will result in significantly higher electricity consumption. Cancellation Policy

Up to 48 hours after the conclusion of the contract all costs will be refunded.
up to 60 days before arrival date 25% of the rental price will be charged.
