Come and stay at our cozy yet spacious cabin that is located near too many localities to mention!

Nestled at the base of Hunter Mountain we are less than a mile away from the Hunter ski resort. Close to a number of trails, hiking routes, lakes, ziplining, golf courses, water tubing, and nearby towns as well! The possibilities are endless for the outdoor adventurer!

The cabin is located on a quiet dead-end street. Our home offers: 4 bedrooms, 3 FULL baths, and an open space concept perfect for entertaining family and friends. Enjoy our large wrap-around deck and cook a meal with our Weber BBQ. Soak in our large clawfoot tub for a spalike rest after a long day of hiking! Or cozy up near the fire pit in the evening. to enjoy some smores and talks by the fire! Large TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu... Free WIFI.

Owner-managed and cleaned. We take pride in our house and guests.
We have room for 2 more guests on 2 futons, located in the living room, for a small additional fee. Contact us with any questions. Well make sure your stay will be safe and comfortable. We only ask that patrons respect our home as though it were their own.
There is a security camera pointing at the driveway. If this is an issue let us know.
Pet fees are $15 a day per pet.

Owner

We are a family of five and we are locals to the Hudson Valley, NY area. Giovanna is a registered nurse. Mario, originally from Rome Italy, is a waiter in a local Italian restaurant but has an IT background. We have explored many areas and sites near the Hunter area and decided what better way to have our children enjoy the area than to purchase a place right in Hunter. We are doing our best to ensure that our guests enjoy our home as much as we do! :)

House Rules

1) No unregistered guests. We will only be preparing rooms/ bedding/ linens for the guests that are registered for their visit.
2) SKI EQUIPMENT MUST REMAIN OUTDOORS.
3) ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE CABIN.
4) No eating/drinking in bedrooms.
5) Keep kitchen equipment on the premises, including utensils.
6) Note location of the fire extinguisher. It is found under the island in the kitchen.
7) Kindly clean and store all kitchen items and appliances after use.
8) Bath towels are not meant to be used for outdoor purposes! Also, do not wipe make up on them. The stains do not come out!
9) Turn off all appliances when not in use.
10) Upon leaving cabin make sure house is tidy and no dirty dishes left in sink.
11) Turn off all lighting when you leave cabin.
12) ABSOLUTELY NO GARBAGE LEFT OUTSIDE. All garbage must be placed in bear proof receptacle. You are in bear country!
13) Fur babies welcome! Please ensure they do their business outdoors and pick up after them. No pets on furniture / bedding.
