Modern single-family house "Villa Essea", 2 storeys, built in 2022. 500 m from the centre of Kanfanar, 15 km from the centre of Rovinj, in a sunny position, 13 km from the sea. Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Arbour. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 20 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Lim Bay 13 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
