Modern, beautiful single-family house "Villa Dora", 2 storeys. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 5 km from the centre of Pula, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, located by a road. Private: property 760 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, 36 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine.
