The villa is located in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, South Corsica and overlooking the famous Pinarello bay from master bedroom and alta rocca mountains from common spaces

The villa has been completely refurbished and is nicely decorated and thought to enjoy perfect vacations.

Organised on 3 levels, several families (up to 12 people) can have there own space while sharing the wonderful common spaces:
- LEVEL 3:
master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom (bath + shower + WC), its private terrace overlooking the Pinarello bay and a large closet
- LEVEL 2:
*living room with mountain view (balcony) with TV,
*dining room with access to the large terrace and pool; large kitchen with a US fridge and another fridge / freezer, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave;
* a bedroom (double bed) with access to main terrace a large bathroom with bath and shower, a separate WC
- LEVEL 1:
*a bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower + WC and independant access;
*a large kids' bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed,
*a double bedroom with mountain view.
Kids bedroom and mountain view bedroom share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC.

Outside, there is a nice garden with local trees and plants, a "petanque" space, heated pool 10,5*4 (April to October), a table for 10-12 people, exterior sofa and, a charcoal barbecue

Access to full villa and its amenities (swimming pool, petanque field, 2500m2 garden)
Access by boat at the harbor of Porto Vecchio (15km) or Bastia (120km)
Access by flight at Figari airport (40km) or Bastia airport (120km)

the conciergerie will be there to welcome you, organise cleaning and provide bed sheets + towels (included in price)

The villa is located in a residential area, at the top of the hill, half way between the village of Pinarello (restaurants, bars, beach) and the Sainte Lucie de Porto vecchio village (grocery shops and medical center).
The nearest beach "la Source" is 1,5km away (3' drive) and easy to park.
The large beach of Pinarello is accessible by foot from "La Source" or by car from the villa

Car is highly recommended to access the villa and visit the beautiful beaches of South Corsica

- Heated swimming pool from April to October
- Access to the villa and garden is quite steep as we are at the top of the hill
- There are stairs in the villa
- Equipment for baby is available on request: baby bed, baby bath, high chair
- Top of bunk beds forbidden to children below 6
- Up to 4 parking spaces in the property
- With 10 adults, you will probably have to use the sofa bed
