***This is a family oriented residential neighborhood and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Please note that our home is not suited for parties out of respect for our neighbors. All amenities on the property are exclusively for guests on the reservations to enjoy. POOL: The property features a private pool. Heaters are available between Oct 1 - May 15. Pools are chemically serviced and cleaned regularly. All of our pools have been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we may experience winds that cause debris from Trees and other materials to fall into the pool. If there are any issues, please contact us right away and we will send staff over. ***Please do not touch any pool equipment! In the event of any damages caused by tampering, the Guest shall be responsible for the cost of damages. NO GLASS NEAR or INSIDE POOL: Please use the plastic cups, utensils, and dishes in the kitchen. Broken glass is a massive Liability as all of our guests are barefoot out near the pools. NO FENCING: Currently we do not have pool fencing. Please supervise all children. Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or being on the property. When you arrive: -Please help us maintain the beauty and high level of cleanliness by removing your shoes and picking up rolling luggages inside the house. -Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. -Only registered guests on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. -We are a pet-free home. -2-3 cars can park on the driveway. More parking is available in the front of the house. The garage is used for owner storage. Please no RVs, commercial vehicles such as semi-trucks or large construction trucks, hitches, trailers at this house. We have other properties that can accommodate RVs and large trucks. Please send an inquiry. -Mid trip Housekeeping is required for bookings over 10 days ($150). - Maintenance person may be on site to fix and maintain exterior operations (AC/Electrical & Washer Dryer in Garage) but will not enter the main house. -We have Cameras on the premises facing the street. *You will be sent a more detailed house rules and information upon booking of your reservation.
