This modern yet traditional three-floor, four-bedroom villa spans 180 m² and is built with respect for the Mediterranean landscape, using natural materials like stone and marble. An inviting, imposing staircase leads to the main entrance. Upon entering through the hall, you are greeted by an open lounge area equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth audio system. The living room is bright and cozy, decorated with sophisticated simplicity and featuring a charming hand-carved marble fireplace.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen serves both the adjacent dining area, furnished in a traditional style, and the outdoor shaded veranda. This front veranda is the perfect spot to enjoy your summer mornings, evenings, and nights.

A beautiful white marble staircase, adorned with a handmade steel banister, leads to the first floor. This upper level is the more "private" part of the house, featuring a charming, luminous master ensuite bedroom with wonderful views of the surrounding scenery.

On the lower level, there are two more uniquely styled bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and white marble tiling. Additionally, there is a bonus room—a favorite for kids—which can accommodate up to four people with built-in bunk and sofa beds. All the rooms have direct access to an inviting front terrace with stairs that lead up to the garden and pool.

Outdoors, a large pergola-shaded lounge with a BBQ area is ideal for hosting social gatherings at any time. The adjacent, sophisticated alfresco dining area provides a welcoming space for all your culinary experiences.

We did multiple islands this trip and Naxos was one that we wished we could stay longer. The space was so beautiful and serene, Athena was a great communicator and extremely helpful. From helping us coordinate our transfers to suggesting some amazing restaurants and providing all the details we needed. But the home itself was simply amazing, we couldn’t get enough of the space, the natural light, the ample outdoor space so beautifully set up. Our kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to get started.

Villa Ariadne 2 Week Stay

The villa was wonderful and we were thrilled to stay there. Perfect for our family. It had everything we needed (pool, bbq, living area, more bedrooms then we actually needed, modern appliances, etc.) The owners (Athina and Taki) were very nice and accessible and provided us with numerous tips/recommendations for car rental, boat excursions, private chef dinner, day trips, restaurants, etc. We will definitely come back. Naxos is beautiful and Athena and Takis's villa is the perfect place to enjoy it. The rooms are light and airy, the linens luxurious, and when you are not swimming in the beautiful pool you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. Athena and Takis are thoughtful hosts and reserved a table for us at a rooftop restaurant in town with spectacular views of the sea. Truly a memorable stay.

One of our best Airbnb experiences ever! The hosts were incredibly responsive, checked in frequently and provided numerous recommendations and even made reservations for us. We arrived to some fresh groceries and snacks in the fridge and had a house cleaning every single day which made it feel like such a luxurious experience. The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and it’s one of the absolute best beaches! The house is incredibly nice and spacious and the pool area and outdoor barbecue is massive and great for a large family. We truly couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay and hope to be back!

Naxos Villa

Athena met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. She was helpful with local recommendations and even getting us reservations. She checked in several times during our stay.The cleaning staff was also first rate.Can’t say enough about the property and location. Everything was outstanding. The pool was wonderful and we even made Greek chicken on the wood fire bbq.We will be back!

This villa was absolutely beautiful, as beautiful as pictured. Athena and Takis have truly thought of everything, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had the best stay imaginable. They were responsive to our concerns, and even made dinner reservations for us. With a villa this beautiful and a beach minutes away, we were not inclined to venture far from the villa during most of our stay, which suited us perfectly. I only wish we had stayed longer than 3 days! We would definitely come back.

A Gem on an Island Treasure

The Villa is lovely, well equipped and nicely organized. The spacious outdoor area, pool, and beautiful gardens were where we spent most of our time when we were not at the beach. It was a quick walk to the beach where everything you need for a relaxing time is there. Naxos is a must visit and this Villa was wonderful place to stay.

To say this would be paradise, is an understatement. I have never stayed at an Airbnb with this level of service, cleanliness, value of money and the look and feel of the house. Athena & Takis were great host. Athena met us at the home and walked us through everything. The home was amazing beautiful views and in mins of the beach. We rented a car for our stay which allowed us to make the quick 10min drive to old town Naxos. For a big party i don’t think there would be a better place to stay in Naxos!

Payment Policy

1 ) Initial Payment: When you make your reservation for the villa, you are required to pay 50% of the total price immediately. This initial deposit secures your booking.

2) Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total cost of your reservation is due 60 days before your scheduled arrival date. You will be charged this amount automatically.

3) Bookings Made Close to Arrival Date: If you book the villa within 60 days of your intended arrival date, you must pay the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking.

4) Payment Update Reminder: If there's an issue with processing the second payment due 60 days before your arrival, don't worry—we'll reach out to let you know. You'll have a week to sort things out and finalize the payment. We understand that these things can happen and will hold your reservation during this period . Just make sure to update us within the week so that we can keep your booking secured and your travel plans smooth.

Refundable Damage Deposit

At Villa Ariadne, we've got your back! We authorize a security deposit of €400 one (1) day before you roll up to the villa. Don't sweat it—we don’t actually charge your card; we just make sure the funds are there.

After you check out and we've made sure everything’s as cool as when you arrived, we’ll cancel the hold. The funds will slide back into your account quicker than you can say “Where’s my deposit?!” Keep in mind, the speed of the refund depends on your bank, but it usually takes just a few days.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Deposit: Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost is required to secure the villa. This initial deposit is NON-refundable under any circumstances. [ READ NOTES BELOW ]

Advance Cancellation: To avoid charges for the remaining 50% balance of the reservation, guests must cancel no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: If a guest cancels less than 60 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued for the remaining 50%. In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.

Please be aware that Villa Ariadne is not responsible for cancellations due to external factors that may affect your booking. These include, but are not limited to:

- Travel Disruptions: Flights/Ferries or other forms of transport disruptions such as cancellations or delays.

- Weather Conditions: Severe weather, natural disasters, or any unforeseen climatic conditions.

- Health Issues: Medical emergencies or health-related issues that prevent travel.

- Personal Circumstances: Changes in personal circumstances, including changes of mind, family emergencies, or work-related issues.

- External Events: Local or national strikes, political instability, or significant events that impede travel plans.

- Legal or Regulatory Changes: New travel advisories or restrictions imposed by governments.

- Global Events: Events such as pandemics or international conflicts that impact travel ability.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations due to these external factors to protect your investment in your planned stay at Villa Ariadne. This insurance can provide peace of mind and financial protection in cases where cancellations are unavoidable and beyond our control.
