An absolute dream home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Cape Coral with numerous desirable features, from the excellent boating location to the stylish furnishings. Everything comes together to make this 3 bedroom home (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds) a wonderful place to spend time in the Sunshine State.

The 2,000 SF+ floor plan also includes 2 baths, a great room and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool and spa are electrically heated and the large patio faces west, overlooking a wide sailboat canal. Built in 1999, the home is in excellent shape and truly a dream come true! Numerous stores and restaurants along Del Prado Blvd can be reached in a few minutes by car.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.
