What a fantastic place to stay! Clean, welcoming, and more spacious than the picture suggest. Diego is a great host and communicator. The only thing we were sad about is that we couldn’t stay longer!

BEAUTIFUL condo. The views were unmatched and the bedding comfortable. A few things to note… The towels had a mildew smell. Smell the linen before use. The guest policy. Unfortunately my stepson, my sister-in-law, nephew and his wife were unable to have a nice dinner with us because of the guest policy. I should have paid closer attention to the written information. Only allowing one additional guest was not what I expected after we made a great dinner. Sadly we had to bring the cooked food to the kids new apartment as we thought we could have more than one guest. The luggage carts could only be given for use with a trade of your drivers license for the cart key. Tedious. The ability to bring groceries up to the flat was a bit of a struggle for us. I like the system but it was tedious with many packages. Also, brighter lights in the bathroom would be helpful. Had a hard time trying to see things in the shower. The parking wasn’t always clear were we allowed to park underground or was that for residents only? Beautiful condo and access to the beach and pool were AMAZING! GREAT VIEWS!!

These are the rules for the unit of 1 bedroom in the condominium Thanks for the feedback , I will ask cleaning staff to pay more attention in towels . Cover parking is only for owners ,The Tides also has plenty parking spots for guests

Diego’s place was great! Plenty of space, and the view was incredible.. even better then the photos. Check- in was a bit difficult at first.. a separate company checks you in and it had us go to the wrong building but eventually got it figured out and it was smooth sailing from there. The beds were very comfortable, and there is tons of extra blankets and pillows. There is beach chairs provided and a cooler as well which was awesome! The place was very clean upon arrival. There is also a cafe downstairs that has beer and wine and tons of food options.. but convenience comes at a cost so I suggest doing your own grocery shopping! All in all it was a great place!

As you enter his condo, he helps you punch in a four-fidget code for the lock on the door. Only you know the code after you punch it in. The furniture looks relatively new and is comfortable. The beds are comfy and the closet in the bedroom is very spacious. The balcony has a good view of the beach/ocean. The kitchen is a little small, but if you end up eating out, or in, every other night, it’s a good size. The condo is definitely worth the price for the week.

Very harsh employees but the stay was nice and Diego was a good guy but it seemed like the people who worked there couldn’t comprehend that it was spring break definitely would recommend for a business trip though

I was told that the employees that work in the building asked you to wear a mask. This is mandatory on our state due to covid -19. Everyone is welcome for vacations and work
