Absolutely lovely home ! Easily accessible to touristy St.Augustine or the calmer PVB side. Location is brilliant as the home is stand alone with empty lots on each side (no worries of a crowded beach AT All ! ) bedrooms on two levels which makes traveling with the kiddos so easy. Stocked on boogie boards , beach towels & umbrellas. Great usage of indoor and outdoor spaces to take advantage of the pristine beach. An absolutely lovely find, will return.

The views were incredible. The location to the ocean was awesome, literally on the beach. No dunes to trudge over and haul your stuff over. The waves were perfect for boogie boarding. We saw a pod of dolphins, watched fishermen down the beach reel in a little shark, (which the kids thought was awesome), even saw a turtle in the ocean one evening. A short drive to some restaurants,Cap’s on the Water was our fave. Great location to St. Augustine, not to far and can escape the crowds when back at the house. The house was nice and clean. Would definitely book again!

Such a nice beach getaway for the family! The place was clean, the amenities were great. You could stand anywhere in the house and you’d still be able to see the ocean! So peaceful and relaxing. We wish we could stay longer but the place was booked out!

This is definitely a place I would book again. It is more expenseve than aurrounding houses, however, it is worth every penny. The house itself is updated and luxurious. Lots of couches, high end kitchen, comfortable beds, large screens, fun game room. There are multiple places to view the ocean during different parts of the day. I started my day with a gorgeous sunrise view from my bed, morning in the water, afternoon on the covered balcony, evening on the screened in porch, sunset from the open balcony and night around the fire pit listening to the ocean waves while stargazing. It was so peacful to be in that environment. I can't wait to be able to go back there!
