For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Steep motor access to 100 m from the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "plage de Pavellone" 750 m. Sports harbour 9 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville de Porto-Vecchio 10 km, Plage de Palombaggia 8 km, Plage de Santa Giulia 11 km, Bonifacio 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospédale 30 km. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous, of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
