By booking this reservation, you read and agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below: Rental Agreement: Must sign the rental agreement upon booking and provide required GUEST(s) information listed below. Security Deposit Hold: A $100 off-platform security HOLD will be placed on file at the time of booking. The credit card security hold will be placed 4 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. Required Guest Info: All names, contact phone numbers, vehicle information and valid drivers licenses must be provided for all guests over 18, within 72 hours of reservation acceptance, or 48 hours prior to check-in. Please send the following: Picture of front of drivers license for all guests over 18 - texting the following info in the reservation app as a photo attachment is okay; please include: Name of each guest Phone number Email address Vehicle make, color, and license plate number for all vehicles Dogs - The property allows 2 dogs over one year old. Guests MUST register dogs and pay an additional fee within 2 days (48 hours) after confirming and paying for reservation. Fees are $100 per dog (non-refundable) up to 2 dogs maximum. *** Dog(s) must NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED in property. If your fur-baby is kennel/crate trained and can rest quietly, you may bring your kennel/crate and leave them for a SHORT dinner outing. We have great neighbors and want to keep noise down at all times to respect their peace. Responsible dog owners help us keep our properties dog friendly for you to enjoy! Also, please be sure to pick up after your dog, any evidence of not picking up after your dogs' waste will result in loss of security deposit. Age Requirement - All reserving guests must be 25 years or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents. Infants count towards the total number of guests. Additional unregistered guests will result in the entire party being asked to leave and Renter will lose entire reservation charges and security deposit as well as a $100 fine per unregistered guest per day. Cancellation policies are found on your reserving platform. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Should anything break (large or small) please let us know immediately - you have a damage protection plan that comes with your rental. Guests are liable for any and all damage to the physical property, as well as any loss/missing property(items), and agrees to charges against security deposit or damage protection plan for said damages and missing property, as well as responsible for any additional costs exceeding security deposit. We take great care of our properties for our guests, we appreciate your cooperation in letting us know right away if any issue arises: as we want to correct it for you quickly and make sure you’re still enjoying your ️️️️️ 5-star stay. Property Care - We want you to have a fun time during your VacayStay! However, caring for someone's property is important to all of us. If the property is left in excessive dirty condition, there will be a deduction from your security deposit to cover the extra time and cleaning needed. Our cleaners are vacation market specialists so they are accustomed to ordinary check out conditions, however they will notify us regarding an excessively messy and dirty property after guest check outs, in these cases, please be aware of the possible additional charges and fees. Longer Stays - We love longer stay guests! We offer great nightly pricing for longer stays and also do require a mid stay cleaning at the cleaning rate listed. All stays 30 days or more require a cleaning every 14 days. We do require you make the property available to the cleaners on the scheduled day with no delays or interference. We want things shining and fresh for you throughout your stay! Two hour cleaning is typical @ $65/hour, if additional time is indicated, you will be billed accordingly. No Parties or events allowed. Any parties will result in a $500 fine and additional loss of your security deposit. No Smoking, vaping or tobacco allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Please limit smoking and vaping to outside beyond the condo and please clean up all subsequent trash. Any evidence found of smoking, vaping or tobacco upstairs on premises will incur a $500 fine and additional loss of your security deposit. Our condo is suitable for toddlers and children under 12, but we do have outdoor stairs, please take extra care with your children, & pets with the stairs! No unregistered guests or pets are allowed and will result in $500 fine and additional loss of your security deposit. Please respect the Noise Curfew: quiet hours: 9pm to 9am. Please respect check-in and check-out times Please take care of the home furnishings. You will have to pay for damages that exceed security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please wash your dishes. Please keep all trash in bags and please take the trash out before you leave. No illegal substances allowed on the premises and will result in a $500 fine and additional loss of security deposit.
