Fiber optic powered wi-fi allows multiple simultaneous guest use. Townhome is located in 63 acre resort with gated entrances, tennis, shuffleboard, Putt-Putt golf, and a cafe at the Beachside pool. Beach cart to transport your beach items to the Front Beach Rd crossover at the Cafe. The townhome within easy walking distance to several nice restaurants.

“Excellent”

Our family had a great time on vacation. The Townhouse was nicely updated, golf cart provided for a short distance to the beach. Great Location, Great price.

“Perfect little getaway!”

Our home base for a long weekend getaway! Walking distance (or quick cart ride) to the beach and to the attractions on Thomas Drive. it has been nicely updated and was great for our small family trip. All the convenience of the big condos without the price! We loved it!!

Maximum number of guests is 6. All persons are counted as guests regardless of age to meet Fire Marshall regulations

Payment Policy

Deposit to hold reservation until 30 days before rental starts. Guest must pay full amount of rental more than 30 days prior to rental or cancel by 30 days before rental to receive deposit refund minus $50 rebooking fee. Cancellation less than 30 days before stay forfeits deposit unless unit is re-rented for same amount (minus $50)

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit begins as Reservation Deposit (Paid at time of reservation) and converts to damage deposit when rental starts. Damage deposit is refunded after rental ends after unit is cleaned and inventoried. $200 additional charge ABOVE damage deposit if evidence of smoking inside unit, over capacity of 6, or evidence of pet in unit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel more than 30 days from rental start date, receive deposit refund minus $50. Cancel less than 30 days no refund of any monies paid unless rental time period is re-rented for the same or higher rate.
