Parking is available at property, and property is located 5 minutes away from multiple stores, restaurants, parks. And 10-30 minutes away from national park, historical locations, lakes and more.

Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

Time: Check-in begins at 4 PM.

Ensure that the doors and windows are securely locked.

Dispose of any trash in the designated bins.
If you require a late check-out, please inform us in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, it is subject to availability.

Quiet Hours: We take pride in providing a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our guests and neighbors. To maintain this, we ask that you observe our quiet hours:

Time: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Guidelines: During these hours, please be mindful of noise levels within the property, especially in common areas like hallways, balconies, and outdoor spaces.
