The connecting door will be locked.
You will have exclusive use of any other area (Living room incl. coffee bar, Bedroom, and Bathroom) during your stay.

Take exit 44 from I-555/US-63 N From Memphis take I-40 W Entering Arkansas Keep right at the fork to continue on I-55 N, follow signs for Blytheville Take exit 23 toward US-63/Marked Tree/Jonesboro Merge onto I-555/US-63 N Take exit 44 to merge onto AR-1 BUS N/Harrisburg Rd Merge onto AR-1 BUS N/Harrisburg Rd Turn left onto E Highland Dr Turn right onto S Main St Turn left onto W Nettleton Ave Turn right onto Flint St Destination will be on the left Duplex (703 is the House on the left) Parking: Pls, use the driveway behind the house (entry from Jefferson Street) to park. Please pull in all the way as not to block the first two vehicles on the right. Access Instructions: We use an electronic lock on the front door for self-check-in. Lightly touch the lock till the numbers light up. Enter your Access Code. Please call for the access code on the day of arrival. When you leave, turn down AC/Heat, shut off TV and lights and lock the door using the touchpad (touch the Padlock sign to lock the door)

In order to better accommodate your needs during your stay at our house, please tells us about what brings you to town, the number of people traveling with you, and how we can assist with your stay at our house.
As a Host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be!
For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow our house rules.
Following we have summarized some house rules as guidelines for your stay. For additional information please refer to your rental agreement including the house rule addendum.

Check-in is after 4 pm and Check-out before 11 am.
Please call for the code to the electronic lock when you arrive.
Please let us know immediately within the first 12 hours after arrival if something is malfunctioning or damaged so it can be rectified. However, all damages, missing items discovered, and/or additional cleaning needed after your stay will need to be paid for by you and will be charged against your deposit.

The house features wood floors so we ask our guests not to wear any street / outdoor shoes inside. It is a good idea to bring indoor shoes as bare wood floors can be slippery for some.

There shall be NO smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the home.

Lastly, because this is part of the VRBO/Airbnb community and not a hotel and is also our home when we stay in town, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
