This is a great little place if you are passing through and want a more spacious option. Good parking for one car. House was secure and clean. Very close to everything (less than 5 minutes from lots of restaurants and entertainment). Everything is very easy to work and check in/out is simple. Fast and clear communication from owner. Overall very good experience!

This is a very cosy place. It's close enough to the heart of Jonesboro to do things, but far enough away to get some rest. It's on a street with a school, so my friend and I felt safe while we were there.

In order to better accommodate your needs during your stay at our house, please tells us about what brings you to town, the number of people traveling with you, and how we can assist with your stay at our house.
As a Host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be!
For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow our house rules.
Following we have summarized some house rules as guidelines for your stay. For additional information please refer to your rental agreement including the house rule addendum.

Check-in is after 4 pm and Check-out before 11 am.
Please call for the code to the electronic lock when you arrive.
Please let us know immediately within the first 12 hours after arrival if something is malfunctioning or damaged so it can be rectified. However, all damages, missing items discovered, and/or additional cleaning needed after your stay will need to be paid for by you and will be charged against your deposit.

The house features wood floors so we ask our guests not to wear any street / outdoor shoes inside. It is a good idea to bring indoor shoes as bare wood floors can be slippery for some.

There shall be NO smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the home.
