The location was great, close to everything we wanted to visit in San Diego. Parking was a bit challenging, as it was first come, first serve on the street. The unit was smaller than expected but still comfortable. Being an older house, there were some noticeable noises. The kitchen was a letdown—small, with unclean equipment, and many of the pots and pans were heavily burned. Shared laundry is available, but no detergent was provided. The Wi-Fi was slow at 60 mbps, making it difficult for work or streaming. On a positive note, the host was responsive and friendly. Overall, the stay was average. 3/5

Small but clean space within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. WiFi was slow and unreliable at times. Water pressure was very poor making cleaning dishes difficult. Some updated amenities would make staying at this airbnb a better experience

Jennifer is a very gracious host. she is also very responsive and proactive when communicating with you. The space is nice and quaint tucked away in University heights. almost like it's a hidden gem in University heights. It's an easy 10 to 15 minute Uber to the gas lamp, but it's far enough away from all the craziness to be quiet at night. this is great for a few people, four may be stretching it but two to three is perfect. Jennifer consistently stayed in contact even after check-in and even after a couple days just to make sure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything else. I would 100% recommend, and if possible I will come back next year and book this place again.

I finally made it down to San Diego after several trips from LA fell through. Decided to make it a multi-day stay so I could fully enjoy both the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park at a relaxed pace. Jennifer's Airbnb was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. It’s a cozy, private space with plenty of great cafes and food options within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay!

2. No partying or loud music allowed and unregistered guests may not enter the property. A $200 extra guest fee will be charged for each unregistered guest.
3. Quiet hours nightly 10pm-7am.
4. No smoking inside the house.
5. Laundry hours are 8am-10am and 3pm-8pm.
6. Check out time is strict 10am. A $50 late check out fee will apply after 10am. Any check out after 12noon that had not been prearranged will result in the above fees and an additional night charge.
7. Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in fee will apply at $10/hour.

Listing is in a densely populated, hipster, fun urban area so please be prepared for typical sights, sounds and smells. Neighbors does urban farming which is supported by the city.
