LEGAL RENTAL with chefs kitchen 14 foot island for entertaining, jacuzzi hot tub a steam room shower, a massage chair, 85 inch TV. On the second floor of a mixed use building, you have a neighbor on the first floor, but very private. Please keep inside both A&B doors as the stairs up is a common area. Unit A has 2 master bed & half a bath. Unit B has 2 bedrooms a Kitchenette and a full bathroom. Universal city is a 6 min walk, near great restaurants. Starbucks, liquor store walking distance.
This Modern Unit has a 2 kitchens (including all the necessities), 4 queen beds, 2 couches, dressers, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half-bathroom, jacuzzi tub, steam room, 4 bedrooms, washer and dryer, 1 curved tv, a 85” tv, 3 additional tv’s, and a beautiful living room. If you’d like to bring your video game console, you could connect it to the HDMI port found in Unit A, but we do not provide the wires, please bring them with you if you are looking to game here. More instructions found in the house manual.
There is the entrance on street level then you go up the stairs these are considered common areas , upstairs there are 2 doors A &B both is for you to share but please stay inside doors and close doors.

It is nearby many restaurants a great Mexican 2 buildings up. 100 yards up a brand new absolutely delicious French bakery has opened up named Sweet Lily. Right next to Sweet Lily is a brand new sports bar named General Admission. The unit is across the street from Universal Studios City Walk, about a 5-10 minute walk. To get to Universal Studios you have to cross the street to where the universal studios sign is then keep walking up the hill, then there is going to be a parking lot, so walk in the parking lot then go up the escalator 2 Times, then there is a path straight to city walk and from there you can go to universal studios. There is a 45 min hike to Mulholland drive for Scenic views. It’s very close to Hollywood bowl and Hollywood walk of fame. There is a small shopping center with a good healthy restaurant, Starbucks, a Persian Restaurant, dry cleaners, a bar and liquor store that are all a 6 minute walk away. There is a gym, LA Fitness, right across the street and the gym has its own pool and basketball court. There is also a Ralph’s supermarket nearby, driving distance, where you can get groceries if you ever feel like cooking in the kitchen provided or you can use the Ralph’s app for produce delivery straight to the building. We recommend using the app Yelp to find directions to any stores or places you’d like to go to.
There is no parking allowed on the property, but there is plenty of parking around. There’s parking meters right in front of the building that cost about $4 per 10 hours from 8am-6pm and is free all night until the next morning. We’ve had 120 guests stay at our property and haven’t had any issues. If there’s no parking on the Main Street there’s plenty of parking 300 yards up the street from the building, there’s a street named Oakshire where you can park alongside the homes & 300 yards down the street from the building, there’s a street named Broadlawn Dr where you can park alongside the homes as well.
The location is amazing in the heart of Los Angeles. You can get uber it’s close to everything. Beverly Hills , Hollywood,santa monica .downtown .the metro is 0.7 miles away . There are app ran scooters everywhere as well .

Please keep your shoes by the entrance upstairs to keep any bacteria from entering the loft and also because some shoes may damage the floor.
Also please do NOT throw trash in Neighbors bin . There will be a $50 charge
We usually do not host guests with no reviews, if no reviews can you tell me more about your group and reason for visit, also if you can share a social media like Inzztagram or Facccebook .
Only 12 people allowed in the property, I would like you to invite them to join the reservation after I approve, I need to see all 12 names. We have video cameras outside building , any more people will be not allowed and reservation will cancel and you need to get out of property. Hope that works for you.
