Welcome to Pineapple Paradise! A modern and stylish condo with ocean views and a private lanai. This incredible location is just a two minute stroll from Sugar Beach—the longest beach in Maui with beautiful white sand. Guests can enjoy the community swimming pool and BBQ area, as well as free parking and wifi! This recently remodeled (8/2021) condo boasts a peaceful, laid back vibe, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway to escape all your cares. Your private island oasis awaits you!

This gem—steps from the beach—is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet remains close to everything. Whether you want to explore everything Kihei has to offer or enjoy a quiet night in, this condo is the place for you. And it’s only a 20 minute drive from the airport!

Condo features:

-2 Bedrooms, 2 baths
-3 beds (2 kings, and one queen sofa sleeper) and room for up to 6 guests
-A King-sized bed in each bedroom
-Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom

-A closet full of beachside essentials
-A community swimming pool and BBQ area
-An outside shower to rinse off the sand from a fun day at the beach! (Please do not track sand into the unit.)
-The unit is located in a small boutique complex of only 10 units, which means the pool and BBQ area are never busy!
-An onsite laundry center
-Easy access to everything in Kihei and only a 20 minute drive to the airport

Important facts:

-Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 (2 kings and 1 queen sofa sleeper). Room for a 7th guest would be an infant sleeping in a pack n play.
-This is a second-floor unit WITHOUT an elevator
-The onsite laundry center costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry.
-Children are welcome in our unit, but be aware the condo is NOT baby-proofed and there is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool. For guests with children, it is your responsibility to supervise your children at all times.

We had a fantastic stay here. The condo was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the beach! Lindsey was such a thoughtful and responsive host. Would absolutely choose to stay here again next time we’re in Maui!

My stay at the Airbnb on Sugar Beach in Maui was absolutely delightful. From the moment I booked, the owners were incredibly communicative and made the check-in process seamless. The apartment itself is in a prime location, just across the street from Sugar Beach, which allowed for easy access to the beach whenever I desired. The apartment was not only well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay but also had everything needed for the beach - a thoughtful touch that enhanced my beach days. The proximity to a great sushi restaurant within walking distance was a pleasant surprise, adding to the convenience of the location. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The amenities provided made my stay hassle-free and enjoyable. It’s clear the owners take great pride in their property and in ensuring their guests have a memorable experience. Lindsey's communication was great, and the location of the apartment is PHENOMENAL! The apartment is literally within walking distance to the beach for the BEST sunset on Maui. Although there were some difficulties getting to the apartment due to road construction, Lindsey ensured I could get to it by calling me when S Kihei Road was closed off from the west end. Overall, the apartment had everything my family and I needed during our 4-day stay. Mahalo!

Lindsey's place was super comfortable and she makes sure you have what you need! I loved that there were beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear available. She also had sunscreen, burn gel and after sun lotion which I felt was a very nice touch. The location is amazing, too! The beach is 2 minutes away with some wonderful snorkeling. Make sure when you visit to grab some delicious breakfast pastries up the street at the Sugar Beach Bake Shop!

Lindsey’s cosy condo was perfect for our 2-nite stay. Loved the decor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable day at the beach & a well-equipped kitchen. The boys loved being able to walk on the beach any time. Most of all, Lindsey was a wonderful host, quick to answer any question & super helpful.

With our original lodging plans falling through, came across Lindsey's listing, sent her a message, and within 10 minutes, had the room booked. Very quick response and great communication. Lindsey was very accommodating and even let us check in early since the home was unoccupied at the time. Home was in a great location, near the beginning of Kihei, in a small private building. Unit was at the end of a 2-story building, so very accessible from the parking area, and the pool was right next to the stairway. Paid laundry area on-site, with a bbq area and table right behind the building. Home was immaculate, very homey, and there was even a binder on the table with all the information we needed for our stay including beach and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely book this home again!
