Guests have access to the entire apartment, the terrace, and the communal courtyard. In case of cancelling the reservation, Airbnb's cancellation conditions apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and if a last-minute cancellation occurs due to accidents, illnesses, flight cancellations, or any other unforeseen events, we can issue a refund for the accommodation fee only if we successfully re-rent the apartment for the period you reserved. I had the utmost pleasure staying at this location for an extended period of time. From the moment I arrived Aniko and Peter were always ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible. Anytime I had any questions or need anything they would always answer straight away. 10/10 service! The location and apartment were also very wonderful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, everything you’d need to live comfortably was there and if it wasn’t, the hosts were quick to help ensure it was. Location was also perfect as it was a quick walk away from the city center, where there are lots of good restaurants and other good spots to try during my stay there. All in all I am extremely satisfied with the my stay in Debrecen and would absolutely go back to this location given the chance!

This apartment is just perfect from my point of view. It has everything you need for everyday life, including for the long term: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, air conditioning, TV and WiFi. The interior is quite pleasant and quiet, and the accents are tastefully chosen, which together creates a feeling of home comfort and coziness. Neighbors are quiet and do not interfere with rest at any time of day. In walking distance is a hypermarket tesco, sports direct and several fast food outlets. Walk to the city center will take 10 minutes on foot. Special mention should be made of the hosts, who are very quick to answer questions, give similar instructions (if required), ready to guide you in finding something in the city. Thanks to them the apartment is clean and corresponds to the photos presented in the ad.

The house rules apply to the Contact Person and all accompanying Guests. The Contact Person is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with these rules.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM at the latest

The accommodation can only be accessed via a unique, time-limited access code. Sharing this code with third parties (i.e., unregistered guests) is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized use results in damage, the deposit may be withheld. In severe cases, the contract may be terminated immediately.

Important Rules

Smoking, hookah use, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment. These are only allowed on the front terrace. Violating this rule results in a 500 EUR fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

The apartment is not suitable for events, parties, or gatherings. Guests must refrain from loud or disruptive behavior and respect the neighbors.
Any damages must be compensated. In cases of intentional damage, theft, or other unlawful conduct, the Provider may file a criminal report.
The Provider cannot take responsibility for any personal belongings left behind after check-out.

Useful Information
The beds are located in a single open space; there are no separate rooms with doors.
The gallery’s ceiling height is 200 cm, and maximum two persons may use it at a time.
The thermostat can be set up to 23°C maximum. Please lower it during ventilation.
Hot water is provided by an electric boiler (100 liters) - after heavy use, it needs time to reheat.
Always close the windows when leaving the apartment.
Improper or wasteful use of utilities (e.g., heating with open windows in winter, excessive use of air conditioning, water, gas, or electricity) may result in extra charges. Daily usage limits:
Electricity: 7 kWh/day
Gas: 5 m³/day
Water: 0.5 m³/day
For religious or other reasons, we cannot turn off electronic devices on behalf of guests.

Cancellations, Flight Disruptions, Force Majeure
In case of flight cancellations, accidents, illnesses, or unforeseeable events, a refund is only possible if a new guest books the same period. The refund amount depends on the duration of the new booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such unexpected situations.

Privacy Notice
Under current regulations, all guests must provide personal identification data (ID card or passport) via the Vendégem system. Presentation of the document is required. Without this, the Provider has the right to refuse accommodation.

Refundable Damage Deposit
A security deposit may be deducted in case of damages, unauthorized use, excessive mess (up to 150 EUR), or utility overuse beyond 1.5× the normal daily limits. If no issues or damages are found, the deposit is refunded within 8 days after check-out.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is canceled due to flight cancellation, accident, illness, or other unforeseeable reasons, the following terms apply:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival:
In case of cancellation, a handling fee of up to 2.5% will be deducted from the total booking amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation 0–29 days before arrival:
If another guest books the full period of the original booking, 95% of the amount will be refunded.
If the new booking only covers part of the original period, the refund will be calculated proportionally to the number of days booked.
If no new booking is made for the original dates, 50% refund will be provided only if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, no refund is given.
