Also guests without 5 outstanding reviews will require to leave a $300 security deposit. Just like staying at a hotel :) A flat fee of $120 applies. If you are staying 10 days or longer there will be a mandatory cleaning during your stay. We don’t have late check-out as we usually have guest checking in the same day and my cleaner starts right at 11am. If my cleaner has to wait and can’t get in at 11am. There will be a charge of $50 every 30mins. So please check out on time. Thank you If any type of smoke cigarettes or weed is detected, there will be a $950 fine. If rules are not followed you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund for the rest of your stay; so please follow the rules. Thank you for your consideration. The cleaning fee for bringing a pet is $60 If you are bringing more then 1 pet. There will be an additional $50 pet fee for each additional pet you bring
