Check In: 2PM - Flexible

Check in instructions will be provided the day before arrival.
You will either do self check in or I can come and greet you, depending on your arrival time.
For self check in, keys will be in a lock box.

Children ages 4+ are welcome. The apartment isn't suitable for younger children.

•Please leave kitchen clean at check out.
***Failure to do so may result in added cleaning charges.
***This includes keeping dirty dishes and food out of the sink and drain.
There's dishwasher soap under. The machine is super easy and works great. Please wash pots and pans thoroughly, keep in mind future guests will use them too.

*** Keep hair out of bathroom drains to avoid drain clogs.

•Please be mindful of energy/electricity usage. Turn off lights, air conditioner, TV and other electronics when not in use/ in the room.
*Overuse will result in higher energy costs and you may have to pay additional fees.

•Do not ring the bell or knock on the door of any other apartment. We have to respect our neighbors, their peace of mind and their privacy. If you get locked out or have any trouble getting inside please reach out to me directly. Make sure you review the check in instructions and confirm that everything looks clear so you don't have a hard time finding the keys for self check in.

And please recycle!!
The small bin is for regular trash and food waste.
The larger black bin is for cans, plastic, glass and cardboard.
*recycling is required by law, by New York City. Failure to comply will result in a ticket of $500.
