This is a two bedroom apartment inside Parc lleras for the party crowd. 3rd floor has a hotel license. Has a hot tub huge AC unit in living room, with floor fans in both bedrooms. One in suite bathroom and the other in hall. Washer/DRYER, 3 Tvs. This place is perfect for the people that want to be in the middle of the party. There are bars and noise here but your in the middle of the party. IF YOU WANT ABSOLUTE QUIET DO NOT BOOK HERE. Please also note there are stairs here. We have someone that can assist you that lives a few blocks away, if you need anything safety or otherwise. He works for us and not some guard who has the buildings best interest he has yours.
