Relax with your own private pool in a completely remodeled home. The Owner's Suite boasts a king bed and spacious bath with rainfall shower. Enjoy the large screened in Florida Room with a dining table and jumbo connect 4. A quick 2 miles to the less crowded beaches or a short drive to the popular Clearwater Beach area. The Pinellas County bike trail is less than 1 mile away. Smart TV's and high speed wifi make this a perfect location for your next getaway.

As you enter the house you will enjoy the open concept and see the kitchen and dining area and living room all the way to the pool out back. Large kitchen with bar seating. There is a cozy living area with 65in smart roku TV ready for you to log into. The master suite has a large bathroom with an rainfall shower and seperate wand. The bedroom has its own 55in smart TV and king bed. It also has direct access to the pool. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and separate twin bed and trundle bed. The Florida room with edison lights is a great place to eat and relax. There is a large table for 10 plus outdoor wicker furniture. The pool area is just outside the Florida room as is great for cooling off from the heat.

Ample parking in driveway. You can walk or bike 2 miles to the beach. The Pinellas trail is just over 1/2 mile from the house.

Pool is heated Mid October to Mid April only. It will be heated during the day and should reach 80-85 degrees. This is controlled remotely and guest will not be able to change it.

Note quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. This is a residential area and strictly enforced. This includes sound monitoring software.

There is a video doorbell at the entrance of the property. There is also a camera on the back fence facing the fence. This does not have any view of the pool. This is strictly used to monitor activity from behind the fence coming into the property. Please reach out with any questions.

This was the perfect house for our bachelorette weekend! Cute design inside and perfect for a group. It’s a bit of a drive to hang out in the Clearwater Area, but there are things to do around the house. We did have a plumbing issue but the host took care of it right away and then there were no further issues! I would recommend this home for your stay

Jon is a fantastic host and the place is super nice, however, I would only book this Airbnb if you are looking for a quiet stay. The lady behind us is SO rude and SO annoying. Within the first 10 minutes of us being there, she started in with us. We were just out by the pool hanging out with the music low and she started yelling over the fence “I hear music”. It’s daylight out. This discouraged us from using the pool or hanging at the Airbnb at all. The next night we were INSIDE and she called the cops on us. This is an Airbnb for 10 people, I’m not really sure how 10 people are just suppose to be silent. And we were inside. I would not book this place if you are trying to have fun. This neighborhood is weird and apparently music isn’t allowed outside even during the day. I don’t know how these people live their lives in this neighborhood because I couldn’t do it. Jon is very sweet and communication is on point. We had a great time despite the limitations.

Response:We are so sorry you had to deal with her right away. As we mentioned music is allowed as long as it is reasonable and yours absolutely was during the day around the pool. We want our guests to be able to enjoy laying by the pool and continue to work to make that happen. Unfortunately we may not have been the right house for you if you were looking to party loudly all night long. We can see very elevated decible levels between 1am and 5am on the night the officers were dispatched. Even inside the house the decible levels you were at would be able to be heard in a quiet neighborhood setting. The neighborhood is residential and normal use of the property is welcome and encouraged. However loud, late night parties are not a good fit for this property.

Staying at the Twin Palms Oasis was a dream! The house was perfect for me and my group. We loved the open layout of the house and there was plenty of beds to sleep in which was excellent. The pool was also very enjoyable and the back porch was a great place to hang out and unwind. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy a nice stay with a pool and close to the beach!

I had my bachelorette crew stay in Jons Airbnb. The girls and I really enjoyed our stay . The house is beautiful and everything about the inside was perfect. We were able to cook each other meals and all sleep very comfortably! ALTHOUGH, I’m very disappointed in the lady living behind his Airbnb. The first day we arrived around 5 pm she began screaming at us over the fence. We were just swimming and playing music at a VERY reasonable level. She then threw papers over at us and threatened to call the cops if we are loud again. I called Jon’s wife because he was out of town. She explained this is something that they’ve working on a sent out a cop. We were told from her that the cop said no music. We were very timid to use the pool area after that sadly, it was one of the main reasons we booked the Airbnb. Later that night we read online that in the township that the Airbnb resides in says you aren’t allowed to play music outside??? (Maybe im wrong) I think this needs to be added to your description of the Airbnb for future people staying. I really hope this gets resolved soon for your other tenants. If you are booking this Airbnb for the pool area and plan on laughing, having fun, and playing music by the pool…this Airbnb isn’t for you until they get this straightened out!!!!!!! Overall it all 9 of us fit very comfortably inside! Best wishes on future stays! Much love!

We are working to handle the issue so no one else has to deal with it. We have worked very hard to make sure that our place is enjoyable for everyone and take her harassment very seriously. We also have done extensive research on the regulations of the area including speaking with Code Enforcement and the Sheriff's Department. Guest are allowed to play music outside and I am sorry she told you that you couldn't. She is misinformed. The ordinance very clearly states that music and voices cannot be above a certain decibel level. As long as the music and voices are kept at a reasonable level it is permissible. The code does not distinguish between what kind of things are making the noise, only that it be kept below a certain level. We have installed a decibel monitoring system and can tell you that your group was not outside of the range. You and your music were at allowable levels and I am so sorry that she bothered you. Again we are working to ensure this isn't an issue for future guests. Thanks again for your feed back and your stay!

This is an amazing and cute house. Jon was an excellent host. We had six women and we all felt like we had plenty of space. I would note that if you plan on having any kind of group talking/playing experiences by the pool this house is not for you! You aren’t allowed to play music at all outside and they even recommend you turn the music off inside if the doors are open and you must whisper outside at night. The neighbor mentioned in other reviews repeatedly cursed at us and told us she would have us removed from the property. Keep in mind we had been there 2 days already and hadn’t seen or heard from her and suddenly we were being harassed by an unknown woman who couldn’t bother to knock or talk civilly with us. We didn’t feel comfortable using the pool the rest of the trip. This is just a fair warning for any groups or people with children as the neighbor seems to have had enough with having a rental next door.

Convenient, safe location. Easy check in and out. Interior is clean and comfortable. The master suite bathroom- BEAUTIFUL 🤩 The beach wagon + accessories were GREAT! Would have loved to have more seating to accommodate the whole family and more toiletries (toilet paper, trash bags, etc., but he provided laundry detergent). LOVED all the Tupperware containers- perfect for packing snacks and lunch for the beach. Jon also provides complimentary beach towels which is a big plus! The neighborhood is in transition, but we felt safe. Just a short 3-5 minute drive to the nearest beach. The pool was much smaller than we anticipated but was really nice to have to cool down. Many other guests have had trouble with the neighbor lady- we must’ve been the lucky ones because we didn’t have any issues!

The home is as beautiful as advertised. It had plenty of space and was well equipped for our week stay. Jon was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We enjoyed the home and pool however beware of the backyard neighbor who doesn’t even tolerate the noise of kids playing in the pool. She wants dead silence and does not tolerate any kind of talking / laughing etc that she may be able to hear on her side of the fence.

Unfortunately we may not have been the right house for you if you were looking to party loudly all night long.
