The 47-square-meter apartment has a kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms, a low loft, a washroom/toilet and a sauna. A terrace and a cool ski maintenance room with a lubrication rack shared with the neighboring apartment. The apartment was renovated in 2017.

Bedrooms: one bedroom downstairs has a double bed and the other has 2 beds (one of the beds is pulled out from under the regular bed). In the loft there are 2 beds and a sofa bed. Steep stairs to loft.

The apartment is equipped with crockery and cookware, coffee and water kettle, toaster, stick blender, electric mixer, hair dryer, iron and board.

In buildings A and B, a kick sled and a plastic sled are shared. A terrace and a storage room separate the apartments from each other. There is a barbecue place in the yard.
