-No food or drink in hot tub. If hot tub needs to be drained and filled due to guest negligence, there will be a $250 fee to drain and refill the hot tub.
-No additional guests that are not listed in your reservation.
-No fire works at this property as they are illegal in Conway.
-Be advised of the 5mph speed limit on the private road.
-Renter agrees to all rules above and understands that any violation of the rules could lead to eviction without refund.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refund will be no later than 7 days after check out if there aren’t any issues.

Cancellation Policy

Payment #1: $250.00 Deposit will be due at booking. Dates will not be blocked off until deposit is received. Fully refundable up to 30 days before stay.
Payment #2: Balance in Full
Balance due no later than 14 days prior to check-in. 50% refundable if cancelled at least 7 days prior to check-in.

Please be advised that the bedrooms are connected and there are security cameras on property.

Camera 1 is facing outward, toward the porch. Camera 2 is located on the side, facing outward toward the driveway. Camera 3 is located on the home facing the yard and swing. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device
