2. Directions to the property: From N. Lockwood Ridge Road take east on 59th street, then first entrance to the right. Tropical Escape is the second house on your left.

3. Parking intructions: You may park your car to the right from the stairs.

4. To gain access to the property: You will need to go upstairs, the code for the door will be sent to you at 4:00pm, before that the code won't work.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Guests 21 and up must provide an ID and a valid credit card.

Maximum occupancy: 12

House Rules

- Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas.

- Quiet time is 10:00pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:00pm for Friday and Saturday until 7:00am every day.

- Glass cups, bottles, etc. are restricted to inside only. No glass outdoors, on pavers, in or around pool and hot tub areas.
Violations will incurr in $500 per day of violation.

- Shower off oils and sunscreens PRIOR to use of pool and hot tub.

- Smoking, candles, fireworks, and other combustibles are prohibited everywhere (inside and outside), except in one designated area (please ask). Violation incurs $500 fine per day of violation.

- SAND: All beach towels and sandy shoes/clothing must be shaken outside over driveway or grass. NO Sandy clothes in washer/dryer.

- $125 USD security deposit per pet is required for uncrated pets, fully refundable if no damage is found at the property at the time of check-out.

Payment Policy

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 10 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 3 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Pet Policy
- $16 USD is the minimum fee applicable. Charges are calculated per pet per night PLUS $0.50 per pound above 16 pounds.
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 0 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
