★FRONT DOOR LOCK
All guests are given a special door code once the full balance of the stay has been processed.
★CAMERAS:
THR does utilize Surveillance Security Cameras located on the OUTSIDE of the home ONLY! There are 4 cameras continuously recording audio and video. Our property is a full-time vacation rental and these Surveillance Security Cameras are there for our property, community and our renter’s protection, safety, and security. WE DO NOT HAVE SURVEILLANCE SECURITY CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE OF PROPERTY. YOU HAVE 100% PRIVACY INSIDE OF OUR RENTALS. We reserve the right to monitor check-in of guests as well as entry and exiting of the home during your stay. This allows complete transparency between Owner and Guests and may be monitored during the stay 24/7!

★ALL COMMUNICATION MUST GO THROUGH BOOKING PLATFORM★
Triple H Retreat has specific guidelines for communication and expected behavior during your stay. Every booking guest is required to review and sign our THR Rental Agreement. It's important for guests to review this information in order to alleviate any questions or concerns you may have. You should check your inbox for messages, as we try to respond as soon as possible.
There are courtesy hours between 10 PM and 8 AM unless there is an emergency. If you plan to check in after the courtesy hours, please notify your host. Additional communication options will be provided after checking in.
The property is monitored by several team members nearby and the host is communicating remotely. If there is a situation that could potentially create a neighborhood problem, the guests may be asked to leave and forfeit any remaining nights if any house rules are broken. These guidelines are in place to ensure that all guests have a positive and safe experience during their stay.
★Our property is located in a simple and quiet neighborhood that is not suitable for large parties or events. The host will ask additional questions during the booking process to limit the use of the property for such purposes. The exterior of the property is monitored 24 hours a day and the host reserves the right to monitor the property through the entirety of a stay at the discretion of the host! These guidelines are in place to ensure that the property is used responsibly and to maintain the quiet and peaceful character of the neighborhood.
★We do have some neighbors who have free range chickens★
Please do not touch or chase the chickens if on the property!!!
We ask that all of our guests show kindness and respect to our neighbors as well as to their pets!
★We are in a rural location with no public transportation and limited shared transportation. If commuting from surrounding major cities, it is encouraged to secure personal transportation for the length of your stay.
★Again, PARKING IS VERY LIMITED ON OUR PROPERTY and has limited street access & any additional parking over 4 cars will not be feasible.
★We know how important it is to provide a smooth and comfortable stay for all of our guests...pets included! It's best to review the entire listing to make sure Triple H Retreat is the best fit for your stay! Please review our sleeping arrangements as well as community standards to be sure we can accommodate all of your guests, before booking! We appreciate any questions we haven't covered in our listing!
★REQUIRED PAPERWORK★
You will be required to complete the following pieces of information:
1.) Triple H Retreat Guest Info Form with the name and ages of all guests, include a copy of your state issued drivers license and some additional information about your stay!
2.) Signed Triple H Retreat Rental Agreement.
3.) A $1,000 REFUNDABLE may be requested to secure stay! Will be charged after stay is booked!
Both forms and security deposit must be submitted within 24 hrs. of booking in order to confirm your stay and secure your requested dates. If the booking guest does not comply, you may be asked to cancel your stay and the dates will be opened back up for re-booking!
★PARKING IS LIMITED★
Parking is VERY limited and carpooling is highly encouraged for larger groups. With only a 4 car limit in the driveway and no street parking , it's important for guest to plan ahead and consider carpooling to minimize the number of vehicles on site. By sharing rides, you can help reduce traffic congestion and make the most of the available parking space. RVs & Travel Trailers of any kind are NOT allowed per our community POA standards! Those bringing a boat or jet ski trailer are welcome to park in our driveway but may need to limit further vehicles on site.
★PET POLICY★
Only 2 pets are allowed and the size and breed must be disclosed before booking. The property may not be fully enclosed during low water levels and pets left in the backyard should be tethered when left alone. To protect the furniture, pets should not be allowed on it, especially the bed. There is a non-refundable $200 pet fee and if any excessive pet hair or wear is found, additional fees may be incurred. These guidelines are in place to ensure that the property is well-maintained and that all guests, including pet owners, have a positive experience during their stay.
★BOAT SLIP AND DOCK★
The property has a boat dock available for guests to use w/ (2) Jet ski and (1) boat lift (our dock allows for up too a 22' boat without having to counterweight the front). Caney City is the closest location to launch boats and it only a 5-7 min. boat ride to the property.
★ It's important to note that the lake water levels can fluctuate beyond the control of the property owner so, guests are advised to use the boat dock and swimming at their own risk. For safety reasons, jumping or diving off the water wall or boat dock is not allowed. These guidelines are in place to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while using the lake and boat dock facilities.
★EARLY CHECK-IN?★
Triple H Retreat cannot guarantee an early check-in, as the property is cleaned and prepared for each guest's arrival before check-in. If you are interested in a weekday (M, T, W, Th, F) early check-in we always suggest securing the night before arrival. That way you can check-in as early as 8 am the day of your arrival! Please contact host for a special discount for the night before your stay, only applicable if property is available!
★LATE CHECK-OUT★
Check-out time is promptly at 11 AM and it is important for guests to adhere to this deadline. The cleaning professionals will need time to prepare the space for the next guests and failing to check out by 11 AM may result in a $250 late check-out fee. This policy is in place to ensure that the property is ready for the next guests. If the night after your stay is available (M, T, W, Th, F) might be suggest securing that evening so you may check-out as late as you like up until 6 pm. Contact your host for a special discount on the evening after your stay. Only applicable if property is available!

★CAN I BOOK FOR A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND★
Absolutely NOT. You must be over the age of 25 to book Triple H Retreat.
No individual or entity is allowed to book or make a reservation on behalf of individuals who are under the age of 25.
The booking guest must be present during the stay.
We review all potential guests using their own booking platform account:
1. must include current State ID & current profile picture.
2. must have previous stays through booking agent w/ positive feedback.
3. must complete 'THR Guest Info Form' & sign THR rental agreement once booked.
While we love opening our home to potential guests, we must make sure that we are a good fit for both parties.
You will be asked to provide a copy of current ID & sign our THR Rental Agreement once your stay has been approved. The booking is not complete until all information has been received within 24 hrs. Host reserves the right to cancel any booking that has not completed the entire booking process.

*No Noise outside of the home after 9 PM on weeknights or 10 PM on weekends. If we receive information about excessive noise, host has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to charge Guest a minimum service fee of $250 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation.
*Non-refundable pet fee of $200 for up to 2 pets
*Please respect our neighbors and their property. Zero tolerance for any disrespect to our community and it's Residence.
*Please disclose any damage before the end of your stay!
*No unauthorized third party venders are allowed on the premises without approval from the host before stay! Host reserves the right to immediately evict guests if unauthorized venders are found on site!
*No smoking in the home
*Booking guest must be 25 yrs. of age or older. Minors and children must be disclosed in the booking info regardless of age. If stay is reserved for adults only host reserves the right to request copies of state IDs before door code will be released.
*Please note all booking guests will be required to sign a Triple H Retreat rental agreement as well as submit additional information about your stay. Guest Info form includes a request for a copy of a current state issued ID. All information must be submitted to host within 24 hrs. of booking or host reserves the right to revoke booking request and release the dates to be rebooked.
