A fantastic apartment exactly as described. We had a great week staying here as a family of four. The subway is a two minute walk which makes everything very accessible. Daniela is an excellent host who is extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment and will hopefully be back again in the future😄

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in Daniela haar flat. We hadden slecht weer en het deed deurgd om 'thuis' te komen in de gezellige warme flat. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooie zitplek, heerlijke bedden, ... Daniela was steeds goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. We zouden er weer logeren bij een volgend bezoek aan New York.

We had a great time at Daniela‘s place. We were in town for work and wanted a place where we could relax when not working. The place had everything we needed or could think of to make our stay comfortable and easy. Daniela was extremely responsive and always ready to help. Would definitely stay again at her loft!

Daniela was kind enough to accept our same-day reservation and everything was perfect when we arrived. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and perfectly located, right between SoHo and Tribeca. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book it again when we come back to New-York.

Highly recommend Daniela & Roberto as hosts, extremely helpful and accomodating especially for travellers from overseas. We are a family of 5 and we found the apt very spacious. The second bedroom bed is a wee bit on the small side for two adults but the ‘couch/bed’ in the lounge is super comfy and the master bed is huge & comfortable. We had been away from home for a week when we arrived so we’re ready for a home cooked meal. The kitchen was very well set up for all our requirements with food stores nice & handy! Most attractions were within walking & a starbucks right downstairs (altho there are a number of coffee appliances in the apt) yes, there are street traders outside as someone reviewed but in our opinion they add to the vibrancy and experience of NY life. The apt is very secure and was very quiet from street noise & hustle. If you want a fabulous place to stay in NY we highly recommend this was the best place of the 3 airbnb’s we stayed.

Location, location, location!! My family had an amazing stay! Beautiful , quiet and comfy loft right in the middle of everything. I can't stress how wonderful our peaceful loft was. Had wonderful amenities. 3 different coffee shops on each corner. Access to subway around the corner. Everything felt less than a block away. Daniela was amazing and quick to respond when something came up. We can't wait to go back.

Great apartment, in the heart of Soho! We loved our stay at Daniela & Roberto’s lovely apartment. It is exactly as pictured. We were there at the end of July in a heat wave, and it was nice and cool and refreshing to come back to after shopping and eating and exploring the city. They are responsive and accommodating hosts who provided everything we needed for our weeklong stay with our two teenage daughters. Thank you!

Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Tribeca und Soho und direkt um die Ecke gibt es mehrere U-Bahn-Linien, Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Süden von Manhattan sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, alles was man zum Kochen braucht, war bereits vorhanden. Selbst Kaffeekapseln waren schon da! Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Wohnung geht in einen Hinterhof, so dass es sehr ruhig ist. Die automatische Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Daniela war immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns sehr nützliche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Kurzum: wir hatten wundervolle 7 Tage in New York! Da an unserem Abreisetag keine neue Buchung bestand, konnten wir noch bis zum Nachmittag die Wohnung nutzen und uns vor dem abendlichen Abflug nochmal frisch machen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
